Super comfortable, super clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. A very modern design. Rooms can come with a TV or projector. I highly recommend projector rooms. Breakfast is amazing with a good selection of varied foods. They have a cute little coffee shop on the ground floor. This is the type of hotel you can stay at on rainy days and be perfectly content.

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

Absolutely lovely hotel with a gorgeous pool and rooftop bar view. I enjoyed every night that I stay there. The pool and the gym were great. There is a cold plunge and a hot tub in the changing room along with a sauna and steam room. You have to make sure you take advantage of the pool table and the relaxation room with the massage chairs. And a great way to wind down the night as to have a drink on the rooftop. Very close to a shopping mall that’s across the street and near several restaurants. If you feel like taking a walk, there is a beautiful park across the street. The breakfast was standard with Western and Chinese options. The hot pot restaurant was good but expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm an engineer from the USA. I have stayed at this hotel many times throughout 15 years. I've stayed here more than 100 nights. It is the best hotel in this area. The rooms are clean. The service is awesome. The bar is relaxing and interesting. The bartender has helped me improve my Chinese while having drinks there. There is a rotating restaurant on the top of the hotel. That rotating restaurant has luxury food for a reasonable price. The location is convenient to many factories. 我是一名来自美国的工程师。15 年来，我多次入住这家酒店。我在这里住了 100 多个晚上。这是该地区最好的酒店。房间很干净。服务很棒。酒吧令人放松且有趣。调酒师帮助我在那里喝酒时提高了我的中文水平。酒店顶层有一个旋转餐厅。那家旋转餐厅以合理的价格提供豪华美食。位置便利，可方便前往许多工厂。

The hotel was near shenzen railway station, louhu boarder it was very convenient and easy and everything was available nearby..

The hotel and the service staff are very good and friendly. Especially the front desk staff Liu Yaqi Yaki, she is very helpful and friendly to us, and provided the good service and also assisted us as needed. We have a very good experience with your hotel, the room, and the staff, will stay at your hotel again and recommend to friends too.

I normally stay at this hotel because of its proximity to the Hong Kong border and easy access to the train and metro stations. The hotel is old, and they have not upgraded the decor in a long long time. This time, at least the corridor carpets have been changed. Yet, it does not give off the air of modern class. It looks old style vintage. Even most of the light fittings are still CFL and not LED. The best thing about this hotel is that the staff are trained well to be polite, which takes a lot of the jarr off. The breakfast was adequate with vegetarian and non vegetarian, Chinese and Western options, so you can stuff yourself to meet an active day. Bottomline, will I stay there again? Probably not, because it is now quite expensive. There are cheaper options in the same general location.
