Hotel di Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Shenzhen

The hotel has such comfortable beddings that we have to extend our stay to recharge further! Thanks to Alaia for her assistance in handling our parcel and Olivia for arranging special late check out for us! Awesome stay, we will come back again! Very relaxing environment with resort setting at the cafe area too. Will also try the Chinese restaurant tonight, reviews are looking good. Hilton Honor members also got extra discount at outlets !

The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you can hear planes landing. The overall environment is decent, though the facilities are a bit dated. The massage chair has good pressure, and the foot bath bucket is very convenient. They also offer different types of pillows, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is acceptable and quite suitable for Cantonese palates, but unfortunately, the 'changfen' (rice noodle rolls) stand wasn't open. There's a sizable free parking lot, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. You'll find some restaurants on the way to the subway. Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for business trips.

Excellent location, right next to the subway/shopping area. The room was spotless, the bedding soft, and the hygiene thorough. I felt safe and relaxed, and had a great night's sleep. Service was quick to respond, and the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again!

A fantastic hotel for staying a night before going to the airport. It's only 10 minutes from the airport with free shuttle van. The room is big with a super comfortable bed and great shower pressure. I paid a extra $8 for the massage chair and it was well worth it after 10 days of lots of walking around China. The hotel is also in a great location with restaurants and stores just a few feet from the hotel.

The room facilities are very comprehensive. After staying in so many hotels in China, this Hilton Garden Inn is still very cost-effective. Thank you, Joy from the front desk, for recommending me many attractions in Shenzhen.✌️✌️

Stayed here in December. Nice and clean rooms with decent views and reasonable price. The staff we encountered weee great and friendly. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with a nearby shopping mall that included a supermarket, several social restaurants, and a cinema.. The overall experience were excellent. And the welcoming cookies were the best cookies!

Loved it from start to finish! The young gentleman at the reception at the front desk upon my arrival (about midnight) was very lovely - he explained everything in detail and showed very courteous manner. Sauna, fitness, pool - all great! The breakfast team were also very friendly and made sure my needs were met met. The guy who gave me a takeaway cup so that I could have my coffee was lovely - very polite, informative and showed care and service. The girl at check out also was very kind. I think her name is 青梅。 we will definitely be back in the future.

Stayed for almost a month, and it was absolutely fantastic! Every time I went to extend my stay, there was a short-haired young lady at the front desk who had a great attitude and patiently helped me with the card payments. The cleanliness, environment, and service were all superb! The only downside is that the Wi-Fi network is very poor and often disconnects. Aside from that, everything else was impeccable. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hourui. 🤓✌️

Excellent! The hotel is brand new, very clean and tidy, and the bed is super comfortable – I slept really well! It's located within a compound, a standalone building, so you don't hear any traffic noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, they offer free airport shuttle service, which is fantastic, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient!

Had a very comfortable sleep experience here! The pillows were incredibly soft and the bedding felt great against the skin. The airport shuttle service was super convenient, and the hotel is really close to the airport. Ordering takeout was also easy with plenty of options. I really liked it here.
