Hotel di Tianbei/Shuibei Jewelry City, Shenzhen

地點優越，離布吉站十分鐘路程，深圳東站家在旁邊。布吉站東3出口, 朝吉華路直走向左拐便看到酒店。有小吃街在附近, 夜宵沒有問題。 房間衛生很到位。淋浴間很大。水力很大, 熱水穩定，能消去一天疲勞。房間隔音亦很好，這個價錢，一定會再入住。推介！

The hotel is spacious and clean. The service is great too but we dun know why towards the end of the stay, the room was filled up with bad smell of smoke. We could not see any smoke but it smelt really bad. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Very modern abd very clean room. Ideal location of the Hotel, very close to the Metro Station Tianbei, lot of Restaurants and Supermarkets near by, also Walmart and Mc Donalds just opposite the main road. Very quite location of the Hotel. The room have a great view on Shenzhen Downtown, very cozy style, lot of amenities availabe inside the room. Staff is very friendly and very service oriented, also the housekeeping staff doing a very good service. I was very hapy with all. At the departure day I also could extend the stay inside the room for late check out service, very good. Also the comunication with the Hotel Staff very easy abd fast via weixin and really convenient and great service at every time. 5 Star rating.

There is no gym, despite the pictures advertising it on trip.com and other websites. I complained to trip.com about this 2 weeks ago, yet the photos are still there advertising the non existent gym. Difficult to find hotel (no signage in IBC foyer) - contacted hotel, they can't speak English Lobby smelled bad Room not properly cleaned. (Hair on basin, hair on bathroom floor, hair in bedroom) A room change was not allowed so they asked us to wait 15 minutes for re cleaning. Room still not cleaned properly (Hairs on bedroom and bathroom floor) The view was good but I did not really enjoy the location. I cancelled the second night and went somewhere else.

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

Great location, very clean and new. Great designs. The people in this hotel are super friendly. The laundry room is my favorite. BTW, great food for breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Atour Hotel IBC Mall, Shenzhen I recently spent three nights at the Atour Hotel IBC Mall in Shenzhen and had a wonderful experience. Room and View: Miss Yoshi from management upgraded us to a more elegant room, which was spotless, well-arranged, and offered a fantastic city view. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, meeting all our needs promptly and courteously. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the Shuibei subway station and the Shuibei Jewelry Market. Breakfast: The breakfast variety was limited and catered mainly to Chinese tastes. More international options would be beneficial. Overall, the excellent service, convenient location, and upgraded room made for a memorable stay. Despite the limited breakfast options, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

This is the second time we chose this hotel due to good experience. The room is spacey and facility is generally good. However there are two problems this time. During bath the water temperature was not stable. And the common corridor was filled with smell of smoke. The room itself was fine though.

The hotel was located in a building without clear signs, the room was clean and projector was nice. Slightly over priced for overall value.
