Hotel di Bao'an Central District and Qianhai, Shenzhen

Everything is great about this hotel. The reception design comes from the galaxy and the room is same and very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is the most delicious I have ever eaten.

The hotel is quite close to Bao'an Airport, which was convenient for catching my flight for a business trip the next day. There are plenty of shops and malls nearby, so it's great for dining and shopping. The room was clean and hygienic.

The bedding in the hotel room was comfortable and soft. The gym and pool were both excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Shenzhen Eye, Bao'an Library, the Ferris wheel, and the One Avenue mega-mall, all within walking distance. The濱海艺术中心 (Performing Arts Center) is just across the road. Davis, the Guest Relations Manager, provided incredibly warm service. He even specifically checked in with me after noticing I only ate breakfast for one, which was a nice touch!

Haha, this was my first time staying in a hotel with this style, and it felt novel and was a delightful experience! Because I hadn't looked at the photos carefully, when I walked into the lobby from the side entrance of the building, I thought I'd mistakenly entered a large bar. I even walked back out to double-check before returning to the lobby. We got upgraded to a higher floor room, which offered views of the sea at Happy Harbor and the bookstore. The location is excellent, so after checking in and dropping off our luggage in the evening, I immediately took my child out for a walk, about 800 meters to the seaside. The room facilities were great, though it would be even better if there were more amenities to make it easier for guests to get dressed after showering. The hotel's breakfast, just like its decor style, is unconventional; it's a brunch served from 7 AM to 12 PM. The variety was rich, and the presentation was charming. My child and I were both very satisfied. It would be great if they could add a doorman! I'll definitely bring my family back again!

This hotel was the right choice for my business trip. The desk in the room was spacious enough, and the lighting wasn't harsh, which made it very convenient for working overtime on documents. The WiFi signal was stable, and video conferences ran smoothly without any interruptions. The most thoughtful service was the breakfast grab-and-go option, which was perfect for early morning flights, saving a lot of time. Housekeeping was also responsive; when I needed an extra charging cable, it was delivered quickly. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent and well-standardized, making it a great place for business travel.

Best location, convenience, close to Metro Fanshen station, has a local vibe. The hotel is clean, the bed is great, the shower has hot and strong water flows. I highly recommend this hotel.

Apartment-style hotel, small suite, everything, suitable for family travel, with washing machine and laundry detergent, you can wash clothes, which is very good, there is a supermarket downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient. Transportation is also good, the nearest subway entrance is within walking distance, there is a garage below, the maximum parking fee is 25 per day.

This newly opened luxury hotel boasts a prime location with stunning views of OCT Bay, offering a grand and pleasant vista. The lobby is exceptionally well-designed, and the daily champagne ritual held here creates a wonderful atmosphere. **Room:** The room generally feels spacious and stylish, with tasteful art pieces. The view from the room is fantastic; at night, you can lie on the sofa and enjoy the light show over Qianhai Bay, which is particularly delightful. As for toiletries, I absolutely loved the scent of the Sodashi shower gel, and the French brand toothpaste was also excellent. The St. Regis brand is known for its butler service, and whenever I stay with them, I always put it to the test. I personally feel that the service here is quite impressive: 1. **Ironing Service:** Two complimentary items per person per day, completed within an hour, and done to satisfaction. 2. **Tea Delivery Service:** Available morning or night, always delivered perfectly. 3. **Housekeeping Service:** Very thorough. * They also did an excellent job with mailing a package from the lobby. ❤️**The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise:** 1. **Western Cuisine:** I heard the改良版的班尼迪克蛋 (improved Eggs Benedict) might be Shenzhen's Top 1, so I tried it, and it was truly surprising – a must-try. 2. **Chinese Cuisine:** The staff at the Old Xiguan Beef Offal Rice Noodle station patiently picked out my preferred ingredients, piece by piece, and filled a whole bowl for me. It's hard to imagine such personalized service in a buffet restaurant in this era of standardized management. You can truly taste a soulful, authentic flavor. 3. **Beverages:** I particularly loved the freshly squeezed juices here; the ingredients are fresh, I'd say hand-picked. Towards the end of breakfast, when the manager, Vivianna, learned that my favorite freshly squeezed carrot juice had run out, she quietly contacted the chef on duty and had the kitchen specially wash new carrots, juice them, and deliver it to my room. This experience was incredibly touching. Authentic and substantial review.

Seriously, this hotel is a lifesaver! It's super close to the airport, making transportation incredibly convenient. No need to wake up early to rush for my flight; I could sleep in and still make it with plenty of time. The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is so soft and cozy – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. I have to highlight two amazing extras: first, there's live Guzheng (Chinese zither) music in the lobby, which is so soothing and relaxing while you unwind. Second, the complimentary laundry and pressing service was an absolute godsend. My business clothes were all wrinkled from travel, and they came back perfectly pressed the next day. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety, so you can fill up and kickstart your day. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Although it was my first stay, the experience was great! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, always friendly and ready to answer any questions. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the toiletries were complete and thoughtful. There's also a mini-fridge in the small cabinet, perfect for chilling drinks. The smart speaker by the bed can control some of the furnishings, which is convenient and ideal for younger guests. The amenities offered for the price are truly impressive. The 24-hour self-service gym, though not extensive, has enough equipment, and the laundry, dryer, and even an ironing machine are excellent. Overall, it was a very good stay.
