Hotel berhampiran KENT&CURWEN, Shenzhen

since checking in at around 5pm, the room upstairs kept making noises such as footsteps or chair dragging. the hotel was able to change another room for me. but i have already spent a good number of hours in the troubled room before that. the room changing was a hassle to me although it was not too big a deal. I would comment the troubled room was not perfectly fit for tenancy as it was apparently very sensitive to surrounding noises , i'd like to suggest the hotel install further sound proof device to mitigate the noises before next assignment. finally. i hope trip.com can refund me some trip points for my next hotel stay. the 4xx dollars for this stay was not worth it with regards to the hassle it brought

What a lovely hotel, and what lovely and friendly staff. They were always smiling, always trying to help out and they went above and beyond at making the room extra special for my friend’s birthday. The only thing this hotel is missing is a nice outdoor pool or an outdoor area with lounge chairs. There is a Lovely outdoor place for the kids through! Food and snacks were also really good, I liked that there were western and Chinese options. Had a great stay here! Thank you Shangri-La!

Lovely hotel. Very polite personnel, the rooms were cleaned everyday, it was quiet at night. They must use some kind of aroma in the corridors, because the hotel smells amazing

My 2nd visit already. Booked executive suite and got a free upgrade to studio suite. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed happy hour and breakfast at the Club Lounge on 24/F, a great space with full of privacy and tranquility. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the Lounge Manager, Ms. Berry Liang, for her attentive service. Look forward to coming back soon.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Despite being centrally located in the business district, the hotel was remarkably quiet, which meant we could rest well after a long day out in the city. The amenities were nothing short of impressive. The front desk staff were friendly and could handle enquiries in English. A special shout-out to Xiu Liu. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a haven of comfort and hospitality during their stay in Shenzhen. 第一次入住，也是新開的公寓式酒店！前台在10樓，也不難找，可以下單後聯繫商家，，服務很到位，衞生也做的還不錯，性價比比較高，洗衣機冰箱熱水器等設備都比較齊，不管是長住還是短期的都很適合，可以推薦的……

Locationwise is very convenient. It is on top of gangxia station, one avenue mall, and link city mall is below it. The room is clean, AC is cold, the beds are very comfy. Our unit have washing machine, stove and refregirators. The staffs are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Lastly, they allowed us to keep our luggage with them after checkout. Very convenient since we will have a midnight flight. Definitely will stay again here.
