I went to Wutong Mountain with my friends and originally booked this B&B for the vegetarian restaurant. Not only did the vegetarian restaurant taste great, but the rooms were also very nice! Clean and comfortable, and the service was very attentive! The waiters all spoke softly, and the whole B&B was very quiet. My friends and I felt very comfortable. I don't know if it was because of the incense, but the whole B&B had a comfortable smell. There is also a very beautiful stream near the B&B, where you can step on the water. I highly recommend the vegetarian restaurant! It's really better than any vegetarian food I've had before! There is also non-alcoholic grape juice, which is worth a try!

MM255015****The environment here is excellent. It's located in a high-end apartment complex, with a rooftop garden on the 4th floor where you can relax. Since it's newly built, the elevators and hallways are all very new. The rooms and bathrooms are apartment-standard, and it's quiet at night. The washing machine is free and has laundry detergent. There's a balcony right next door for drying clothes, which is very convenient. There's also a refrigerator on the first floor, a dedicated dining area, and a convenience store, Hongshan Shopping Mall, and subway station right outside. It's very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. I highly recommend this place.

YYuanbaodabaobeiI'm very satisfied with this hotel. First, the location is excellent; the subway station is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Futian or Huanggang Port. Second, the service attitude is great; both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. They also offer breakfast and late-night snacks, which taste really good. I'll definitely come back again.

EErenxiangaozhuangStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the uniquely designed lobby with its distinctive industrial steel aesthetic. The open-plan front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, instantly bridging the gap between the hotel and its guests. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes. To access the upper floors, you need to use your key card in the elevator, which I think is a great way to ensure guest privacy. My room was comfortably and cozily furnished, and all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. My only minor critique is that there was only a small side table in the room, but this is a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The smart toilet in the bathroom provided a very comfortable experience. The public areas are located on the 14th floor, featuring arcade games, a gym, and laundry facilities, all available 24/7 for guests to enjoy in their leisure time. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, though unfortunately, I was too groggy in the morning to remember to take photos. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again.

The location is super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby. There's a subway station close by, and it's not a long taxi ride from the city center. The scenery is absolutely stunning; the winter sea is emerald green! 😍 The hotel has its own private beach with fine, clean white sand and recreational activities. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea right from your balcony, with a sky full of colorful clouds and sparkling stars. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The family suite featured a bunk bed and a 2-meter king-size bed. To my surprise, my 180cm (nearly 6-foot) tall, yet underage, child slept comfortably and was thrilled! The room also came with a coffee machine, and the capsule coffees were all my favorite flavors 😋. The buffet on the first floor was delicious, with fresh seafood and excellent Cantonese dishes. You can buy vouchers on the InterContinental WeChat mini-program for a better price. The staff were professional and skilled; they proactively communicated in advance and were always responsive to any requests, making our stay worry-free and comfortable.

They patiently answered all my questions during check-in, and even a simple greeting in passing made me feel incredibly welcome. What truly surprised me was the hotel's gym – the equipment was top-notch and comprehensive, featuring everything from professional cardio machines to a wide variety of strength training gear. Everything was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The lighting and ventilation in the workout area were also excellent, making my daily workouts a real highlight of my trip. Even more commendable is how attentive the hotel is to guest feedback. During my stay, I mentioned wanting more yoga mats in the gym, and to my surprise, new mats were neatly arranged in the corner the very next day. This kind of efficient response and dedication to guest needs is truly rare. With such thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a willingness to listen, this hotel is definitely my top choice for business or leisure in Shenzhen. It's already on my list of 'treasure hotels,' and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

GGuest UserEven though check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at 3 PM and still had to wait another half an hour for the room to be ready. The cleanliness was just so-so; I'm not sure if the sheets were changed as they didn't smell freshly laundered. In the afternoon, there was renovation noise from upstairs, and even on the lowest volume, the TV was very loud. The only good thing was that there was plenty of hot water for showering.
