Hotel berhampiran Sato Yoshokujo, Shima

障がいのある人との団体旅行で利用させていただきました。県民わりが同じ県でないと旅行会社が動けないらしくすべて直接対応をしました。行き違いもあり、大変ではありましたが、その度こちらの要望にきちんと答えていただきました。食事は、今までの団体旅行の中でも1番くらいきちんとしていて、特に朝ごはんが地の物を使用した手作り感のあるもので感激でした。給仕の方は外国の方が多かったですが皆さんきちんとして感じがよくて。建物は古い感じは否めませんが、おいしい食事と温泉はぜひもう1度行きたいとおもいます。

Shima Kanko hotel is located in a small island in Mie prefecture,Japan where was G7 2016 Summit held.The hotel is fabulous of arts and modern designed.With the island views,the room is perfectly comfortable and clean.Ladies(or gentlemens) can spend precious time at Mikimoto boutique ,the most famous Japanese pearls products.Staffs are friendly and morning breakfast are so amazing both Japanese style and American style. Highly recommended!

日帰り温泉の旅で利用しました。賢島駅からシャトルバスで3分で着きます。まずはランチ。お値段の割には充実した内容だと思います。味噌汁の代わりが茶碗蒸しというのも面白いです。腹ごなしに庭園散歩。これだけのお庭なのに落ち葉がほとんどないというのは掃除が行き届いているということでしょう。最後に温泉。ここのお湯はかなりヌルヌルするお湯でいかにも体に良さそうで、気持ちよく入浴できました。昼間だったので、2つある露天風呂もほぼ貸し切り状態で気分よく堪能できました。今度は泊まりがけでゆっくりお邪魔したいと思うホテルでした。

2年ぶりの旅行先として選び、夫婦で1泊。とても居心地よく過ごせました。 スタッフが皆とても楽しそうに、にこやかに接客していて、都心の高級ホテルとは違う人の温かさを感じました。 部屋は広々としてこれもまた居心地よく、冷蔵庫内の飲み物はすべてフリー。部屋のお風呂は大きく景色も見られて、敢えて大浴場へ行かなくても充分ゆったりできます。 唯一疑問に思ったのは、ルームサービスの案内がなかったこと。他の客室で利用していた痕跡を見かけたので、リクエストすれば利用できるのかもしれませんが、室内にはメニュー等の案内は全くありませんでした。 このホテルは周囲に気軽に食事できるレストランはなく、ホテル内にも軽食を取れるカフェはクラシック館に一つあるだけ。せっかくのスイートルームなのに、部屋でゆっくり食事ができないのはいかがなものでしょう。ホテルのレストランは洋食和食共にとても敷居が高く、ラウンジはアルコールを楽しめても食事はできません。 ルームサービスが充実していたら、あるいはカフェやデリがあれば、連泊してゆっくりリゾート気分を楽しみたいけど、今のままでは2泊以上客を引き留めるのは難しいと思います。そこが改善されたら、是非再訪したいホテルです。

Hiogiso est notre meilleur souvenir au Japon où nous sommes pourtant restés 3 semaines. Nous avons adoré le lieu, les repas, la gentillesse du personnel vraiment à nos petits soins et tellement souriant. Nous avons bien dormi, la chambre était confortable, bien équipée et spacieuse. La vue était aussi incroyable. L'établis*****t est sur l'eau donc il y a beaucoup de crabes qui vont et viennent à l'extérieur, c'est charmant. Les repas étaient incroyables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la sortie en bateau au coucher de soleil avec le propriétaire de l'établis*****t. Un homme charmant, très classe qui parlait assez bien anglais. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps car il y a beaucoup d'endroits à visiter autour. Une prochaine fois peut-être...

大きな窓から見える景色が綺麗で部屋もトイレとお風呂が別々になっていてよかった。 温泉もとても真珠の温泉がとても良かったです。 ひとつだけ、部屋に置いてあった小さな加湿器が壊れていて表面のプラスチックがポロポロ落ちていたのが残念でした。

3月8日に宿泊しました。7階757号室です。毎年伊勢参りに行くのですが、その際にいつも宿泊施設選定に困っていました。「いまいちだったね～」とか「酷かったね～」という感想しか出ない宿が多かったからです。特に前年の宿（前年度投稿参照）はとんでもない宿でした。そのとんでもない宿よりトリップアドバイザー上でのランキングが下である戸田家さん･･････こういうこともあり、最初は期待していなかったのですが、今回の宿泊でその自分の考えを訂正させられました。結論から言えば「素晴らしい宿」です。私の評価の基準は「人（の動き）」です。そこで働いていらっしゃる方の立ち居振る舞いが良ければ、宿は必然的に内的にも外的にも良くなります。こちらの宿のスタッフの方々は本当に素晴らしかったです。したがってよく見ると、建物や部屋の造りは古くても、手入れが行き届いているのがよく分かります。またスタッフの皆さんの努力で古さを魅力に変えようという努力の跡も見受けられます。もちろん新しいことを取り入れてカスタマーを喜ばせようという点もあります。特に食事場所での御料理の提供の仕方や料理内容にそれが見受けられました。あえて、それでもマイナス点を指摘すれば、温泉へのアクセス路に風情がない点と露天風呂の足場が本当に滑りやすいので、特に高齢者は気を付けないと危ないと感じた点です。いずれにせよ、私の毎年の伊勢詣での宿泊経験から言えば、戸田家さんは堂々1位です。来年も宿泊予定です。

ちょうどGW前に伊勢神宮参拝のときにリフレッシュを兼ねて宿泊させていただきました。 フロントでのチェックイン後に伊勢茶とチーズケーキのおもてなしをしていただきましたが、このチーズケーキがすごく美味しかった。 部屋は和モダン。窓から海が見えて眺めは抜群です。素敵なお部屋でした。 夕食は白石というレストランの個室で和食のコース(伊勢海老・鮑付き)でしたが、ボリューム的にもちょうど良く、すべてが美味しかったです。またこの夕食時に担当していただいた男性スタッフの方のご対応がすごく良くて、満足な時間を過ごすことができました。 また朝食も和食ですが、すごく美味しくてゆっくりいただけました。 温泉大浴場も綺麗で良かったです。 ホテルのスタッフの方々(男性スタッフ、女性スタッフの方々ともに)の接客は抜群だと思います。 また伊勢神宮参拝のときには宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

Let me start by saying that the staff, particularly in the restaurant, had good English and we had no problems communicating generally, which I know has been mentioned in other reviews. We stayed in an Ocean Suite room for our engagement weekend, the view was amazing! Watching the sun rise over the sea was beautiful and the panorama of the islands and sea was so peaceful. The room was plush and the furniture felt relatively new. The bathrobes and pyjamas provided by the hotel during our stay were very comfortable, though something of a shame to not be able to go from room to onsen without outdoor clothes (other robes are provided at the onsen). I and my partner both have various food allergies or intolerances but the hotel has an exceptionally good way of managing allergies by asking you to submit a form beforehand. As a result of this, we were both able to have full, proper meals with no issues. For the breakfast buffet, we were given a sheet, in English, of all the dishes on service and all allergens. The food was excellent and the wine list was the best I have seen anywhere in Japan. There are regular shuttles from the hotel to station, and the reverse. However, these stop after a certain hour and the hotel is not easily walkable from the station. I am still not really sure how this would normally be done, I assume the hotel will pick you up if asked but we were not sure how to arrange (and originally thought from the map that it would be walkable). Honestly, I am looking forward to going back there - hopefully for an anniversary!

Remarkable stay. The hotel is a bit older but has incedible grandeur. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, though communication in English is not always easy. Pools are not in best shape. The Onsen on the other hand is fantastic, absolutely splendid, and so are the rooms, with fantastic sea view. We had futon beds. Breakfast traditional Japanese style, and a special thanks to Chris, who guided us through the process. Hotel shuttle bus runs on fixed schedule to the centre of town, and taxis are not readily available. The hotel staff was so friendly to pick us up when we were stuck in town one evening, many thanks for this and the unforgettable stay.
