Within the serenity of mountains, a hotel placed with all modern and 5 star facilities is indeed remarkable. Tempting and Appetizing Food served with supreme hospitality was a great take-away. Room for 4 was unique with 2 storey system providing immense space. Such service and premium facilities are sure to mention for the stay. Special Mention to Vishal Ji for providing information support and guiding us throughout our stay regarding local visits and domestic needs. Mukesh Ji was providing with all dining necessities throughout the day with utmost genuine rigour and sweetness. In short, those who are searching for tranquility by not missing on services is a catalyst destination for them.

It was a very great peaceful experience!!! Nestled amidst the hilly green forests, The location is awesome and weather funtastic...the staff is very friendly and helpful. Front desk surekaji and sanjivji were very warm and welcoming. Vishalji was very resourceful in planning the activities around... especially the nearby village and apple farm tour. It was a very organic experience and my son got to know how he gets his apples on his plate!!! We got a closer feel of the himachali village culture and living . The himachali villagers were very friendly...all thanks to vishalji that we had a great experience!!! Mukeshji, vikhasji, sagarji and puneethji cared so well that we got to taste the most delicious local delicacies of Himachal pradesh....must try are the himachali sepu vadi curry , rajma madra and sidu with desi ghee ..... And to add to the local dishes, my son enjoyed the sterling great buffet breakfast and dinner. Thank you sterling chail for the lovely stay and experience. A must visit place if you are a nature lover...

Overall experience was good. Hotel staff was very humble and cooperative. Food can be little better . Location is little far from Chail..place worth a visit. Awesome place to visit , one must try trekking, Village tour, visit to stone temple and kali ka temple, chail palace

nice secluded locations, friendly staff, cozy rooms and nice food. the location was expertly picked as to give a vibe of a cozy cabin in the middle of nowhere. the staff warmly greeted and welcomed us, they tended to each and every one of our needs. A special commendation to Bishal as he helped educate us on the culture and traditions of Himachal and ensure that we had a good experience

Sterling shivalik Chail is the best property to stay at chail.its a clean and good view rooms. The restaurant and food is osm. All the staff members are very co operation and helpful. Most visit property and most recommended property in the Chail.

Small property but well maintained. I feel, Nature lover will love this. Food was great. Rooms was great. One of the best hospitality services we got here specifically Vishal sir, whose behaviour was one of a kind. Just a small drawback is that the property is in the outside area, far from main town. Over all a pleasant experience.

Village tour was excellent. We went by Zeep and roam around Village, apple garden, river side and met with the local people. People's are very nice and humble. Mr D. K.Thakur and Mr Chhabi were assisting us during the trip. Mr. Visual was also very helpful during the trip. All of them are excellent. The trip was superb. Everybody should try once.

An excellent hospitality with mesmerising view . A fresh property . Must pay your visit. Food quality is a very good . lies in centre of Fagu and chail palace. Secure and safe to travel long with family. Personal attention are given from staff to attend the client.
