I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop ***** with my important documents at the reception of hotel during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

I have stayed at this property multiple times this year and the high quality of service , warm welcoming and attention to dertail remains . The staffs hospitality is amazing & service is immaculate . The rooms are comfortable & we as a family had a nice stay . I would like to mention duty manager Mr. Sachin sharma ,whose hospitality was touching as he recognized me & very warmly welcomed me back and was always there to assist in making our stay comfortable . Also the restaurant manager Mr. Bhandari was very welcoming & he made us savour the himachali delicacies . He took special care of us & kept asking us if some special detailing was required in food as we were travelling with small kids . The personal touch extended made our experience even more memorable . Thanks - Team , Taj -Theog , for giving us this memory .

Impeccable. Amazing. Beautiful It's just so heartening to know that there are still places like this around. We came in last night and since then it's been one beautiful surprise after another The care. The service. No plastic !! Am sold. Am a lifelong fan. The one in Gurgaon is entirely solar !! The indoor pool is beyond gorgeous. The staff is just amazing. The hot tub - infinity- overlooking the hills. Outdoors Kid friendly Wishing them all the success.

Absolutely outstanding resort perfectly located, just perfect for that serene, close to nature break we needed... Unwind with refreshing laps in the crystal-clear swimming pool.rRefresh yourself with a leisurely walk in the lush green garden. delight your senses with lip-smacking dishes at the in-house restaurant. Great food, superb views from room as well as the lawn, friendly and humble staff.. this place has got very good vibes, so serene and calm almost like meditative feeling... we totally loved our stay, the bonfire with an awesome view. But it will be best in summer if have the yoga session in the lawn.. Anyone who loves hills and nature and wants to be away from the chaos and fast city life, Flag House Resort is a must visit place!!

The room was small but enough for couples. Breakfast was good especially ch-ole bhature. Doors were good but very less light in the rooms we stayed. Washroom was hygienic but toilet paper was not provided. Cigerate packets were not left out uncleaned and room was had a smell of cigarettes which was bit uncomfortable for us. Even bed sheets were having the smell of cigarettes. Heaters and kettles were not provided but hot drinking water was provided.
