Hotel Shimoda dengan Kolam Renang

The property has amazing ocean views high on an outcropping, but none of the rooms with an ocean view have a balcony, except the very edge of the east wing. Wonderful gardens with a path lading down to a small beach that isn't too noteworthy. The rooms have been updated since the construction and are pretty good overall. The pool was closed in June, which was pretty disappointing, especially as the beach is below par. The onsen facilities met expectation. The beds are firm, which I loved, but not everyone likes a firm mattress. The hotel operates a bus service to pick up guests from the train station twice an hour from 9-5pm. If you are doing dinner out in the town or drinks in the evening, you have to grab a taxi back as the walk is a bit of a hike. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind, the concierge knows the area and has great recommendation for activities...wonderful and friendly people. The hotel restaurant serves a nice mostly Japanese breakfast (as expected) with local delicacies, wide range of teas, coffee and juice as well as a great selection of breads and fresh fruit. The hotel restaurant for dinner is average. Our group ordered a range of items off the menu and no one was terribly impressed. The lone stand out was the French Onion soup, packed with flavor, though a bit light on the cheese. Would stay here again if the price was right, was able to get rooms at a discount on this stay as it was rainy season.

今回も感染予防を十分にしたうえで「感染防止のための基本的な考え方」と「講じるべき具体的な対策」を行い、旅行を楽しみました。 少しは旅慣れておりますので、コメントが辛口になりますがご了承ください。 このホテルは地域では一番大きく、地域企業の伊豆急グループが経営しているホテルです。 立地は海岸線にあり、景観は素晴らしい一方、伊豆急下田駅がある市街地からは少し距離があり、車でないと行きづらい立地です。 路線バスも利用できますが、送迎バスも出ています。利用するには少々時間調整をする必要がありますので駅近くの下田ロープウェイを楽しむのもいいでしょう。 この宿は十数年前にも泊っていますが、外観や建物内部は当時のままを維持されているようでした。 夏の海水浴シーズンには、目の前が白浜海岸なので、海水浴客には大変好まれる場所で、ホテルの入口にはコンビニがあり、徒歩圏内には伊豆最古の神社の白浜神社も片道徒歩10分程のところにあり早起きしてお散歩感覚で参拝できます。 １階の喫煙場所以外は全館禁煙で、お部屋内は古さも感じますが掃除が行き届いていて和洋室のお部屋は広々として快適だった。 ただ、事前説明がなかったが館内リフォーム工事で時々ドンドンと音がする。はじめは隣室に入った人が扉の開け閉めで鳴るのかと思っていました。 お風呂の入浴時間が15:30からということで、浴場前で30分も待たされる事には、諸事情もあろうかと思いますが時間の変更が必要ではないのでしょうか、ただ入浴の際にタオルを自室から持ち出す必要がなく、大浴場の入口と更衣室に置いてあり大変良かった。 内風呂と露天風呂の泉質が異なる点では温泉を楽しめる大浴場で、脱衣室のロッカーや洗い場の数も多く、ロッカーも一つ置きに使用するなどの感染症対策も行き届いており混雑感を感じずに入れました。 食事面では、夕食時のオペレーションはどう言っても悪いとしか言いようがありませんでした。会場前に着くと多くの人が群がり、係は説明や案内するわけでもなくただ見て見ぬふり、会場から出てきたスタッフが説明、案内するように伝えてもただ立ち尽くすのみ、順番に席に案内されると会場内は少数の人が席に座っているガラガラ状態、席は指定されていて、食事方法は半バイキングスタイルで、すでにメイン料理が置かれており、その他に手元にある一人３枚のチケットを使って好みのお料理をチョイスできるスタイル。 翌朝食バイキングでは、席は決まっていないため団体客と鉢合わせしないように注意しないと、大変混みあいますしオペレーションはありませんでした。 ホテルのターゲットは子供連れの家族や建物のキャパがあるので団体客相手ならいいでしょうが、ランクは低レベルです。 また、エピソードストレスがありチェックアウト時に事務的な対応での清算を済ませた後、下田の街を歩いているとホテルから電話があり、ホテルに戻って来いとの一方的な連絡で、内容を確認するとホテルのミスで540円安くカードの支払金額を打ち間違えてしまったとの事、往復１時間を無駄にはできないので「戻れない」と返答後また確認して連絡をするとのことで、再度連絡があり「何とかするのでもういいです」と言い捨てた。 帰りのサーフィール踊り子までには時間があるので、過不足の確認をした後に不足額について14:10発の送迎バスの運転手に現金で渡すとの提案を差し上げ無事に運転手に不足額を渡しましたが、その後1週間経ちますが未だに受取った等の連絡は一切なく、なんともスタッフ教育のなさにがっくりしました。

酒店在多多戶海邊，坐車到下田站后換乘一輛公交，然後再走了一段路，酒店在山坡上，所以爬了一個小坡，拖着箱子有點累，其實酒店有接站，就是要從開始，所以下次有入住需求的可以參考下圖，接站的車停在下田公交車站邊上。房間設施比較舊，但酒店服務還是蠻好的，入住當天前台人員解釋很清晰，大堂和房間景觀都很好，無敵海景。酒店有通向沙灘的入口，適合來衝浪的遊客，，早上5點就有人在海裏衝浪了。酒店包早、晚兩餐，很精緻，服務也很到位。酒店房間很大，相比在橫濱的酒店，實在是太寬敞了，適合帶小孩子來度假。

Des photos magnifiques, prises de nuit, qui sont trompeuses. Le site est beau mais très isolé. Heureusement la gare de Rendaiji est à une petite dizaine de minutes à pieds pour rejoindre Shimoda. Les bains et onsen sont splendides et très agréables. La piscine mériterait d'être un peu mieux aménagée pour pouvoir en profiter pleinement. La chambre 210, supérieure d'après la réservation, est grande, typiquement japonaise certes mais tellement vieillotte. Les 3 futons n'en sont pas - 2 matelas posés l'un sur l'autre. Les lits étaient faits sans aucun soin. Les fenêtres tiennent avec du Scotch. Très décevante expérience du logement à la japonaise. Cela fait 2 semaines que nous nous voyageons sur l'île et tout est toujours tellement soigné... Impossible de communiquer avec le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais, et nous ne parlons pas japonais. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de réserver des demi pensions pour faire en fonction de ce que nous trouvons sur place. Ici, éloignés de la ville, nous avons demandé à ajouter repas et petit déjeuner lors du check in, demande refusée.

Hotel is right on the beach. Just have to walk down some steps to the beach. The back door closes at 10 pm which I did not like cause my wife and I were enjoying our time on the back patio drinking some wine but had to go back in hotel cause they lock the only door that let's you go down to the beach and the patio area. Didn't get breakfast or dinner because it didn't look to be worth the amount of money they were charging. Luckily we had our car and was able to drive and explore other food options in town. Customer service was excellent. The front counter Mr. Nguyen provided outstanding service. He even walked us and helped us carry our cooler down to the beach.

As a vegan/vegetarian, the choice of food was miserable. Even though I stayed for three nights, told them ahead, and during the trip, they made zero efforts to cook anything I could eat out of their buffet. I’ve rarely found a place so poor. If you have any food restrictions, don’t stay there by all means. Most of the expensive price is due to food, and they only know how to cook animals. They have no intention to make any efforts in order to accommodate a plant based diet. It’s pretty horrible. All I had for three nights was edamame, corn and white rice and unfortunately they did not care at all.sad given the beautiful location, view and some of the staff being nice…

とても懐かしい感じのする観光地のホテルです。20世紀の香り、昭和の香りを感じさせる。実際の香りもするホテルです。これはこれでエンターテイメントとして良いと思います。ファミリー向けのホテルです。 部屋は設備は古いですが、海風にさらされる環境下でよくメンテナンスされていると感じます。ですが、今どきのリゾートホテルとは少し違います。 立地は、下田駅からもとても近く、歩いてでも来れそうな距離。道の駅や観光船の乗り場は目の前にあり、海も目の前で眺望もとてもよい。 食事は、バラエティに富み楽しい。美味しいではなく楽しい。ワイワイみんなで！という雰囲気に溢れる。ちょっと昔の観光地老舗ホテルの「バイキング」です。 接客は良い。ただ、チェックイン前などは、閑散としており、オンオフが明確な所も、ちょっと昔の観光地老舗ホテルです。 なので、そういう面も楽しめるなら最高です。 彼女と良い雰囲気で南伊豆旅行なら少し考えた方が良いかもしれない。

お部屋の鍵がガタつき、上手くやらないと開かない状態でした。部屋は開けた瞬間、少し臭いが気になりましたが、リセッシュが各部屋にあり何とか大丈夫でした。清潔感の部分ではあまりお勧めはしませんが、食事はとても豊富な種類と美味しく頂けました。プールは朝入るならOKですが、夕方になると少し汚れなど気になります。サウナは設定温度が低かったです。 文句ばかりになりましたが、食事は本当に満足でした
