Ulasan VIA INN SHIMONOSEKI JR-West Group

Location is convenient, 5-minute walk from JR Shimonoseki Station - through the footbridge or the underpass (footbridge recommended if you are carrying with you large pieces of luggage as elevators are available). Room setting is great - I especially liked the couch area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been even better. Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others.

This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option.

Good location near the train station but not too noisy. Staff were helpful even with limited English. Good place for solo travellers.

Great hotel. P/rice, cleanliness, comfort, service, rating 10. table and chairs are well distributed in the room. The HDMI input for the TV was very useful. as well as the USB ports for charging smartphones and tablets are fast.

位置方便，隔壁就是巴士站和JR站，去唐户和城下町長府直接能到。房間算乾淨。還有免費的咖啡和茶，附近吃飯的地方很多。

息子と一緒に訪問した韓国人です 宿はきれいで位置が良くて韓国語を話す男性職員さんが親切にしてくださってさらに便利にホテルを利用するようになりました もう一度その職員の方に感謝の印を差し上げて次もこのホテルを利用する予定です

交通方便，就在下關站邊上，步行5min，周邊大商場和便利店、餐廳也很多。 酒店衞生有問題，被套上有污漬。打掃房間也很隨便。更離譜的是梳子和刮鬍刀這兩種備品需要另外付費才能有。 可能因為客人多，酒店工作人員幾乎沒有什麼有特點的服務。 澡堂小，澡堂外面也沒有休息區。

第二次來下關啦，依舊好喜歡這個美麗的海濱城市，忘不了這裏的河豚，酒店挺安靜的，就是衣服尺寸有點小

すこし建物の古さは感じるものの清掃はきちんとされていますし、駅前の立地で非常に便利です。 駐車場が大きな車は入れず、提携駐車場は駅のショッピングモールを抜ける必要もありわかりにく上に、少し遠いので事前に確認が必要です。

部屋にあるタオル(バスタオル、フェイスタオル)以外で、タオルが１枚、無料で追加してもらえました。 とってもありがたかったです。 タオルはフロントにもらいに行きました。「バスタオルとフェイスタオルのどちらでしょうか」と聞かれ、フェイスタオルをもらいました。 「サービスいいなぁ」って、感動しました。

位置方便，就在下關站旁邊，不過走過去要上天橋或地下隧道，有點累。另外房間設備齊全 ，安靜舒適， 還可以寄存行李。

一番嬉しかったのはコンセントが大量にあったこと！ スマホ、携帯充電器、ジンバル一気に充電できました！ 大浴場も朝晩使えるので満足です！

お部屋も館内もとても清潔です。大浴場は広くはありませんが、とても清潔で気持ちよくお風呂につかりました。下関駅から近く、コンビニや飲食店も近く子連れ旅でも便利でした。
