Hotel berhampiran JR Hideshio station, Shiojiri

子供の引越で前泊のため宿泊しました。ホテル内に安価で使用できるレンタカーも利用できるのが決め手になりました。 ホテル内に結婚式も挙げられような宴会場もあり、一回のロビーも広めです。駅からも近いのですが到着したのが22時過ぎで少し道に迷いました。客室は壁紙の継ぎ目がはがれていたりして多少古さを感じましたが綺麗に清掃されていました。 到着後、大浴場がありそこには入れてとても気持ちよかった。 朝食も、和定食といった美味しく頂けた。ツイン朝食付き13900円はちょっと高く感じた。

Friendly and warm service. In terms of location, no issue with the drive but may need to take taxi to this hotel from the train station. Provide the service of public bath, unfortunately I got no time for a try.

母と2人で10日間宿泊しました。 ホテルは綺麗で、お部屋も清潔で、ベッドも快適でした。 窓から見える山々も美しく、母も喜んでいました。 朝食も悪くはないのですが、 開始時間前から並び、 早く食事を済ませたい方々がほとんどで、時間をずらして遅めに行くと なくなってしまうメニューもありました。 お部屋に持ってきて食べて構わないシステムは大変有難いのですが、持って行ける品数が少なく、お味噌汁とかドリンクは持って部屋に行くのは大変です。 トレーに乗せてご飯やお味噌汁も持っていけると嬉しいです。

北松本駅から歩いてホテルに行きました。７分？歩いて到着です。フロントの女性は笑顔もあり不快な印象はありませんでした。部屋は、最上階の松本城が見えるお部屋でした。特に夜の松本城は最高にきれいでした。部屋の広さは、少し狭いですが料金から考えると妥当だと思います。大浴場は、小浴場と言った感じです。５人も入れば満員です。しかもコロナ対策が全くしていませんでした。朝食の食事処ですが、バイキング形式でトングなどを使用するのですが、コロナ対策が中途半端でダメ出しです。きちんと入り口にデカデカと手指消毒・使い捨て手袋の使用・マスク着用と明記してありません。使い捨て手袋などは何組かは使用していませんでした。従業員も知らん顔。おまけにマスクもしていない夫婦もいてびっくり。こんな時期なので衛生面には気を使った方がいいと思います。夕食は、松本駅周辺まで歩きましたが意外と近かったです。

This is one of the smaller properties in the Dormy Inn chain. That being said it still has the spa and leashing machines, varied breakfast buffet, late night ramen noodles and good service. There was a loud whistle coming from bad seals in the windows in our rooms and they upgraded us to twins immediately. It was the off season but we felt very well looked after. The location is a short walk from the station and well located.

We decided to stop in Suwa to break up a long drive back to Tokyo. Shinyu looked very good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is renovated and gives a nice modern spa hotel atmosphere. The greeting at the hotel is very nice and the lobby area is beautiful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. Our room was facing the lake. It was Japanese style with tatami and futons. Nice room, nice view. The public bath was nice. Not huge but felt very good. They have an indoor bath, small outdoor bath, a sauna and a cold bath. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. They were both courses and delicious. Service? Well, this is what makes all the difference. When we book hotels we need to detail my daughter's food allergies which are serious. For this trip we had booked many hotels in a row and for some reason when we booked Shinyu and checked-in we just forgot. It was our fault and when we sat for dinner we saw her prepared meal that she obviously could not eat. The staff at Shinyu didn't miss a beat. The didn't make a big deal about it. No stress. The quickly adjusted and made a wonderful dinner for my daughter and also prepared for her breakfast in similar fashion. Wonderful. Such great service. Maybe the building isn't perfect. But the service was perfect. Shinyu was our last stop on our trip and we left with a smile. Shinyu gets an ”Excellent” from my family.

住了兩種房型，前台在第一晚就幫我安排好房間，並讓我第二天將行李留在房間就好，很省心方便。別館的房間挺舊，但價格低，主樓的湖景房景觀一級！早餐温泉都一樣可以享用。早餐味道很不錯，温泉view也是最棒。做一下電子問卷還有小糖果。旁邊就是間歇泉，離上諏訪站也不過走路12分鐘。總之，很滿意！

Hotel situado a cinco minutos de la estación de tren, cosa que facilita, como en todo Japón, el acceso a restaurantes, autobuses y otros servicios de necesidad. Exento de adornos se distingue por su carácter práctico, adecuado para una estancia no muy prolongada en la ciudad. Habitación limpia y aseptica, camas de 1,30 cm. Ofrece desayuno no muy atractivo para el huesped occidental. Estrictos hasta el rigor en cumplir la hora de entrada a la habitación.
