Overall a very nice seafront onsen hotel. The best part was that the mix-gender onsen, which has the best view and closest to the sea, offers coverups for all, very thoughtful indeed to ease overseas tourists concern on nudity. Will be back.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We booked a room with a private onsen that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and/or rainy most of the trip, but the view was still spectacular, and the onsen was incredible. The hotel itself has an older exterior, but the inside is immaculate. There is a bar with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The Italian restaurant also has floor to ceiling windows that look over the pool. Our suite was the best (and biggest) hotel room that we stayed in while visiting Japan (including a massive shower, a double sink vanity, and a seat for the vanity). However, we did book a suite with a king bed, but were told that all of the rooms have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together. It was not ideal, but that was the only issue that we had. Infinito also had the most in-room amenities out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Infinito provided the usual amenities (hair dryer, water bottles, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath slippers, etc.) AND several additional amenities (cookies to eat with tea, hair straightener, a second set of Bulgari amenities, a skin treatment set, hotel wear, indoor and outdoor slippers, etc.). The staff was absolutely fantastic. My husband had arranged for flowers in the room for our arrival, and the hotel was very responsive and able to accommodate his request. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Chiho, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Chiho (and the rest of the hotel management and staff) helped us find restaurants and make reservations, and even arranged for shuttle service to the restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle from Shirahama station and a shuttle to Nanki-Shirahama Airport. One thing to note is that the hotel is still strict with Covid policies (moreso than the other places we stayed in Japan), so be prepared to fill out a questionnaire and wear gloves when dining at the buffets. Infinito is a little out-of-the-way, but is definitely worth the trek.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

This is my second time to come back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to we booked in the last minute, we can’t reserve the meal to eat in hotel. Room is facing the Shirarahama beach with sea view. The hot spring is nice but management should consider to do some renovation as some of the facilities already outdated & history Parking is free available. Would recommend who interest to Shirahama

和歌山で部屋食で九絵をいただける宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。「ホテル」ですが、夕食はお部屋でいただけ、朝食はバイキングというプランでした。一休から九絵尽くしのプランをとったので九絵を堪能でき満足です。白良浜では「白良浜グランドホテル」に二度泊まったことがありますが、あちらとはまた違った角度から白良浜を見ることができます。高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で居心地の良い宿泊でした。

『SHIRAHAMA KEY TERRACE SEAMORE』の別館。 チェックインは100mほど離れた本館で。 本館はリゾート感満載ですが、別館はオーシャンビューといっても海がちらっと見える程度でした。 お部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、本館のシーモアの温泉に入り放題で、朝食も利用できます。 今回、朝食付プランにしましたが、ビュッフェのパンはホテル内のベーカリーでも販売されているので、パンとコーヒーを買って食べるのもイイかも。 温泉や食事へ行くときは少し不便だけど、コスパを考えると本館じゃなくてもこちらで十分かなぁという印象です。

離れですが、大浴場やセルフキッチンを利用するのにちょうどいい位置にあります。 小さい子どもが一緒でしたが、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋はしっかり清掃されており、ベッドもふかふかで快適でした。 冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。 洗面台、トイレは2つずつ。 露天風呂の洗い場はお湯が出るまでに5分ほどかかります。 梅樽の露天風呂は家族みんなで入る事ができる程の大きさで子ども達も大はしゃぎ。 大変満足しました。 露天風呂とは別に室内にも浴室はあります。 ・ホテルの外 シャワーと蛇口があるので、夏は海からあがってきた時に便利だろうなと思います。 ・セルフキッチン 調理器具が何でも揃っており、オーブントースターや電子レンジ、お皿やスプーン、お箸、子ども食器、ラップと色んなものがあったので重宝しました。 使用時間は7:00〜22:00と書かれていました。 ・シャンプーバー 大浴場近くの廊下においてあり、小さなカップに入れて持っていく事が可能です。 ・大浴場 22時くらいに行ったのですが、足を入れる事すら出来ないくらい熱かったです。 もう少し温度調整をしてもらえたらと思いました。 大浴場のみ残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

当方のミスから予約が取れていなかったがお電話をさせていただいたところ神対応をしていただき宿泊でき感謝しております。この際の対応できっといい宿なんだろうと思いましたが思った通り満足できました。 接客・・・従業員の方々は皆さん見かけると挨拶もしっかりしていただき気持ち良かった。ほとんどの従業員の方々がお客様を大切にしようとする気持ちが伝わった。特に到着後に部屋まで案内していただいた女性の方はテキパキとされていた。また帰りに車に案内いただいた若い男性の方は清潔感もありうまくこれからの行先などを確認してさっと道順などを説明できるスマートな案内にもとても感心させられた。 部屋・・和室を利用しましたが正直古さは否めないがユニットバスはきれいにされている印象です。部屋に備え付けのマッサージ器もうれしかった。 食事・・・夕食・朝食ともボリュームもありどれも味が濃くなくあっさりしており口に合いました。夕食のお品書きに食材の産地が記入されているのが良かった。レストランの従業員の方々もテキパキとされていて好感が持てた。 温泉・・・泉質はとてもよく３回も入った。この日は連休初日で宿泊客も多そうでしたが大浴場では数人の方と出会うだけでとてもゆったりと楽しめた。 気になったところ・・・フロントを含め1階の照明がとても暗く感じる。周辺ガイドなどチラシをもっと充実してほしい。（湯浅・串本・高野山など車ならどこかを通ると思う）。ご意見箱があったがアンケート用紙などがわからなかった。温泉に向かう渡り廊下に何か工夫がほしい。 満足度は個人によって異なるとは思いますが私にはとても落ち着いてゆったりした時間が過ごせて満足しております。是非また利用させていただきたいと思っております。

とてもかわいいドームハウス 子供達、大喜びでした お掃除も行き届いており問題無し 近くの高級宿に比べると、リネン類や設備など劣る部分も有りますが、十分お値段に見合っていると感じました ただ、今回は大丈夫でしたが、季節、天候によっては、キャンプ並みの試練になりますね HPからはわからなかった(見落とした)、私が欲しかった情報を。 カートによる部屋送りは、日没までとありましたが、日没の定義が曖昧。 幼児が寝てしまい、カートをアテにしていましたが、終了したとの事。 私の認識では日没前でした。 夏季、冬季で、時刻設定して頂いた方がわかりやすいと思います 翌朝釣堀に行く為、8時朝食開始では間に合わないと、素泊まりプランにしましたが、7時開始のようでした。 温泉も別料金だし、チェックイン前にとれとれの湯に寄った所、フロントで割引券が頂け、とれとれヴィレッジと、とれとれの湯間の送迎もあるとの事 次回は、パンダの方で、二食温泉付きで、ゆっくり滞在したいです

旅行支援が使えたら と、booking.comで宿検索しました チェックインの段階で 無人対応なのでややこしく メールとのやりとりに時間がかかり 入った部屋は 禁煙ルームなのにタバコの悪臭 部屋が空いていないと交換してもらえず ファブリーズ対応 テレビの裏にはゴミ、 窓とテーブルの隙間に携帯灰皿、 洗面ボウルには髪の毛 電話も繋がらず ９時を回ってやっと電話が繋がりましたが 旅行支援にもなっておらず これは私が予約した方法が悪いのか？ 最初に見てたプランからどの段階で変わってたのか？ 予約の段階からチェックアウトまで ずっと不愉快な状態でした。 ココでグチってリセットします。 もう２度と 非対面型ホテルと 予約サイト系からの予約は使わないと決めました。

コテージに宿泊。部屋はキッチン付きで広い。マッサージチェアも置かれていて悪く ない。ただ冷蔵庫の中の掃除ができておらず不快。当日は３月だったが強風でとても寒かったのでエアコンが必須だったが、何しろ部屋が温まらず寒い。エアコンが古いからか。真冬ならもっと寒いのではなかろうか。食事は別棟のレストランへ。開放的で綺麗だ。コストの割に食事内容もまぁまぁだったし味も良い。量的にも多くもなく少なくもないちょうどよかった。 わんこ同伴の料金は2000円。の割にグッズの品揃えが良くない。ケージにシートがひいてあるものの予備はなく、散歩用にビニール袋もない。この料金は普通だがどこにでも備わってるグッズがないの残念だ。2000円請求するならそれなりの用意があっても良い。まぁ、何もないのに料金請求する施設も有るのから、贅沢を言ってもきりがないとは思うが…

住宅地の奥にあります。すでに書かれてますが、大浴場は一度外に出て別館の方にありますので、荒天だったりすると移動が大変かもしれません。その別館にはキッズスペースがありましたので、子供はそこで少しゲームしてました。お風呂自体は、特徴すくないものの清潔にされていて気持ちよく利用できます。 部屋は和室を利用しました。布団は自分で敷きます。部屋のトイレはウォシュレットではなかったので、気にする方はご注意を！ちなみに、外の景色は第2駐車場がよく見えるパーキングビューのお部屋でしたwww ちなみに、外の音がよく響きますので、敏感な方は注意かもしれません。 朝食ですが、昼間はパンが食べられるカフェもされてるとのことで、美味しいパンが食べられます。期待値低かったせいかこれは満足度高いです。 あまりこれといった施設やサービスありませんので、そのあたり期待せず割り切った利用をすると良いかと思います。 オウムのバレちゃんがフロントで出迎えてくれます。

旅行会社を通して2世帯で申し込み。なのでむさしさんか旅行会社の責任かはわからない点何点かありますが、それでもがっかりでした。 旅行会社経由で人数を追加したのですがそれがちゃんと連携されていなかった。コロナを心配し、バイキングでなく個室での夕食にしましたが一人分用意がされておらず待つ羽目に。 また、子供のご飯を洋風でなく和風にとの連絡もいっておらず、洋風が出てくる始末。 朝食も個別でバイキングを選ばなかったんですが、バイキング会場の端に席を用意され、ドリンクは自由にバイキング会場から取っていいと。子供の朝食の三色おにぎりは硬く干からびており食べられるものではありませんでした。その旨伝えるとバイキングのパンか白ご飯食べていいけど、、と。バイキングの所に行くと私たちの朝食御前の大部分がありました。なんとバイキングのものを詰めただけ…？！ なんとも手抜き。。がっかり。。子供たちみんなバイキングのもの食べたいー！と駄々をこねて大変でした。 旅行会社を経由しての予約だったからか別館になったのも重い荷物を持って階段が大変でした。 可愛い浴衣も本館14階？以上の宿泊客でないといけないとかでがっかり。今は結構可愛い浴衣サービスどこでもしてるのにホテル内で格差をつけすぎ。 水着の脱水機は昭和のものをまだ使っているのかという古いもので蓋は壊れて、役目も果たしませんでした。 老舗という名にあぐらをかいてるだけ。立地はイマイチでも白良浜までシャトルバスを出してくれるし新しいホテルの方がいいかも。

前回はオープンしてまもなくして行き思いっきり自分達で海鮮食材をガスコンロで焼き美味しくいただきました。 今回はガスコンロでなくなったらしいとの事で　どうかな？と思って行きましたが　心配することなく　焼き海老　殻つきのサザエ　マグロ　サーモンの造り　牛ステーキ　ホタテのバター焼き　天ぷら各種など　食い尽くせないほどいただき　満足しました。 確認はしてませんが　食事時間開始が18時と18時30分に分かれてましたが　重複する時間帯も　食堂は　混雑が無かったので　宿泊客数も　抑えているのではと思いました。 肝心のコロナ対策は　食堂にはマスク着用　バイキング料理を取りに行く時はマスクと備え付けの手袋使用で安心感がありました。 お風呂も　３０分単位で　入る組数を限定していて　いつもより空いてました。 温水プールも　各椅子もかなりの距離を取ってました。 各施設入り口には消毒液が備えられいて　対策としては　満足しました。

先日、女友達と一緒にGWの期間中にグランパスSEAに宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋の、窓から広がる海の景色はまさに魅力的でした。 　 友達と一緒に、綺麗な海の美しさを感じることができるなんて、とても特別な経験でした。お部屋内も清潔感があり、快適な寝具で心地よい睡眠をとることができました。 食事も充実していて、食事会場からの海の景色も最高でした。 友達と一緒に美しい海を眺めながらの食事ができるなんて、心に残るひとときとなりました。 グランパスSeaのおかげで、白浜での滞在がより特別なものとなりました。 友達との楽しいひととき、スタッフの温かいおもてなし、くつろげるお部屋、美味しい食事。 全てが素晴らしい思い出となりました。 次回もぜひ再訪したいと考えております。GWの素敵な思い出を作ってくれたグランパスSEAに、心より感謝申し上げます。

強烈建議要住2晚，白濱這地方真的很舒服，玩2天可以慢慢享受這地方, 由酒店前往主要景點白浪濱, 千疊敷, 三段壁可以步行, 約2.6公里, 亦可步行去円月島, 約20分鐘左右, 不太建議踏單車, 因為沒有單車徑, 周邊還有很多免費足湯。唉! 我只住1晚，真的不夠。白浪濱巴士站步行3分鐘便到酒店, 很方便, 酒店非常乾淨, 洗手間乾濕分離, 和室房間很大, 設備齊全, 包括冷暖變頻機, 空氣清新機, 浴室用品, 茶具, 保險箱…等等。老闆娘非常親切, 滿臉笑容, 我住的那天是星期四, 附近那間泡湯休息了, 老闆娘介紹另一間給我, 還叮囑我一定要帶毛巾, 沐浴露, 洗頭水等, 因為那間會收費, 我沒有沐浴用品, 她便給我一些旅行裝, 免我花錢購買, 還給我風筒, 真的非常體貼。早餐很好吃, 很精緻, 有海鮮粥, 可惜我不能吃, 只能吃白粥。下次再來白濱, 一定會再次住這間酒店。

旅行支援が使えたら と、booking.comで宿検索しました チェックインの段階で 無人対応なのでややこしく メールとのやりとりに時間がかかり 入った部屋は 禁煙ルームなのにタバコの悪臭 部屋が空いていないと交換してもらえず ファブリーズ対応 テレビの裏にはゴミ、 窓とテーブルの隙間に携帯灰皿、 洗面ボウルには髪の毛 電話も繋がらず ９時を回ってやっと電話が繋がりましたが 旅行支援にもなっておらず これは私が予約した方法が悪いのか？ 最初に見てたプランからどの段階で変わってたのか？ 予約の段階からチェックアウトまで ずっと不愉快な状態でした。 ココでグチってリセットします。 もう２度と 非対面型ホテルと 予約サイト系からの予約は使わないと決めました。

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

『SHIRAHAMA KEY TERRACE SEAMORE』の別館。 チェックインは100mほど離れた本館で。 本館はリゾート感満載ですが、別館はオーシャンビューといっても海がちらっと見える程度でした。 お部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、本館のシーモアの温泉に入り放題で、朝食も利用できます。 今回、朝食付プランにしましたが、ビュッフェのパンはホテル内のベーカリーでも販売されているので、パンとコーヒーを買って食べるのもイイかも。 温泉や食事へ行くときは少し不便だけど、コスパを考えると本館じゃなくてもこちらで十分かなぁという印象です。

酒店坐落於國人很喜歡的seamore對麪，離崎之湯好近，seamore麪海的房間都能看到崎之湯的海邊湯池，所以泡海邊池的時候小心走光。可想而知本酒店離崎之湯是好近的，巴士站也在隔壁，但不好的是此酒店坐落於小山坡上，出入要爬坡落坡，拿住大行李就辛苦咯，又無免費的車站接送車，而且無中文服務，而且前台的英文也不好，要藉助翻譯軟件，所以我無碰見國人入住，好少。不像對麪的seamore這麼多國人追捧。就因為在山坡上，風景視野絕對好，全部海景房，公共區域可能裝修過，浴池，酒吧都挺新，但房間就舊了些，房間有雙床和榻榻米，陽台正對海麪，下麪就是崎之湯的指示牌。圖一就是酒店和崎之湯的位置關係，白色樓就是酒店本體，在山坡上。圖二是陽台景色，全部房間都可以看到此景色。行去海灘也不遠，我清晨早起溜達過去大概15分鐘，吹着海風不熱很舒服，建議清晨穿着沙灘鞋，走去海邊踏踏浪，看看海鷗，回來7點崎之湯就開門了。

旅行会社を通して2世帯で申し込み。なのでむさしさんか旅行会社の責任かはわからない点何点かありますが、それでもがっかりでした。 旅行会社経由で人数を追加したのですがそれがちゃんと連携されていなかった。コロナを心配し、バイキングでなく個室での夕食にしましたが一人分用意がされておらず待つ羽目に。 また、子供のご飯を洋風でなく和風にとの連絡もいっておらず、洋風が出てくる始末。 朝食も個別でバイキングを選ばなかったんですが、バイキング会場の端に席を用意され、ドリンクは自由にバイキング会場から取っていいと。子供の朝食の三色おにぎりは硬く干からびており食べられるものではありませんでした。その旨伝えるとバイキングのパンか白ご飯食べていいけど、、と。バイキングの所に行くと私たちの朝食御前の大部分がありました。なんとバイキングのものを詰めただけ…？！ なんとも手抜き。。がっかり。。子供たちみんなバイキングのもの食べたいー！と駄々をこねて大変でした。 旅行会社を経由しての予約だったからか別館になったのも重い荷物を持って階段が大変でした。 可愛い浴衣も本館14階？以上の宿泊客でないといけないとかでがっかり。今は結構可愛い浴衣サービスどこでもしてるのにホテル内で格差をつけすぎ。 水着の脱水機は昭和のものをまだ使っているのかという古いもので蓋は壊れて、役目も果たしませんでした。 老舗という名にあぐらをかいてるだけ。立地はイマイチでも白良浜までシャトルバスを出してくれるし新しいホテルの方がいいかも。

前回はオープンしてまもなくして行き思いっきり自分達で海鮮食材をガスコンロで焼き美味しくいただきました。 今回はガスコンロでなくなったらしいとの事で　どうかな？と思って行きましたが　心配することなく　焼き海老　殻つきのサザエ　マグロ　サーモンの造り　牛ステーキ　ホタテのバター焼き　天ぷら各種など　食い尽くせないほどいただき　満足しました。 確認はしてませんが　食事時間開始が18時と18時30分に分かれてましたが　重複する時間帯も　食堂は　混雑が無かったので　宿泊客数も　抑えているのではと思いました。 肝心のコロナ対策は　食堂にはマスク着用　バイキング料理を取りに行く時はマスクと備え付けの手袋使用で安心感がありました。 お風呂も　３０分単位で　入る組数を限定していて　いつもより空いてました。 温水プールも　各椅子もかなりの距離を取ってました。 各施設入り口には消毒液が備えられいて　対策としては　満足しました。

如果不是自駕遊，不是太推薦，因為當地交通只有私家車、計程車及觀光巴士(最後一班印象18:00左右，不確定），而且check-in地方跟入住嘅地方是分開兩邊，而且鄰近沒有24小時便利店，需要行800米才有一間，而且附近任何商店及食肆都會在晚上七點後陸續關閉。 不過當地服務員當你check-in後，會駕駛私家車帶你去入住地方，和室都帶有私人風呂，享受自己一人的溫泉體驗，榻榻米十分舒適，比起獨自一人更適合情侶夫妻一起駕駛私家車來

和歌山には何度か来たことがありますが白浜は今回が初めて。 大阪からだとちょっと遠いですね。空港が近くにあるので帰りはこちらを利用しました。一帯がリゾート感にあふれている白浜は何気ない1シーンも絵になり心も踊ります。 宿泊した海ゆう亭さんは客室に露天風呂がついていること、個室で食事ができることが選んだポイントです。客室からの眺めもいいものでした。 料理もおいしく従業員さんたちの対応も丁寧で親切。それでいてリーズナブルな価格帯なので家族連れにはありがたい限り。 お風呂の温度が熱かったこと、湯船の清掃が今ひとつだったことを考慮して星４とさせていただきました。

犬連れでツイン用室に泊まりました。ペット同室は別館に限られているようで、部屋に風呂はなく眺望は望めませんが、ペット用のアメニティが充実していました。　6ヶ月の乳児も連れていたので、ベッドの添い寝が少し心配でしたが、ベッド2台をくっつけて壁側に寄せてくださっていたので、落下などの心配なくぐっすり眠れました！お気遣いがありがたかったです。 温泉も、脱衣所にベビーベッド、オムツ用ゴミ箱、浴場には子ども椅子があり、小さな子ども連れも助かります。 お料理はバイキングで、種類がかなり豊富です。お刺身やお寿司、野菜の蒸籠蒸し、ローストビーフなどなど。 赤ちゃん用離乳食まで置かれていました。(12ヶ月〜のレトルト品) 公式HPからの予約時、結婚記念日であることを記載していたのですが、レストランでの記念写真をプレゼントして下さいました。電話で直接お伝えしていた訳では無いのにこのようなサプライズは非常に嬉しかったです。 一点だけ‥ 別館(ペット同室棟)のエレベーターが狭すぎです。 スーツケース、ベビーカー、犬用リュックを背負って大人2人乗ると、めちゃくちゃ寄せてキツキツにならないと乗れません。また、別館へ向かう廊下に階段があるので、荷物をロビーで台車に載せたのに、全部降ろすハメになりました。
