地下鉄駅から徒歩5分圏内で周りに店も多く便利です。 朝食付きですが、内容は寂しいものですので 期待しない方がいいです。 デポジットなし。チェックイン時にパスポートと VISAの確認があります。 パスポートは預けます。返却時にホテル名が入った パスポートカバーをくれました。

絕對是一間黑店，退房時由專業驗屍官檢查，竟然指毛巾有點污漬，要乾洗處理，並要求賠款US$4，根本用手洗一洗已可清理，而且爭論也沒有用，因為護照扣留在他們手上。從未試過如此「屈水」的黑店。

街の中心地にあり、徒歩でいろいろなところへ行けます。ホテルのスタッフの対応がすごく良く、気持ちよかったです。 シャワーの調子が若干おかしかったのが残念でしたが、それ以外は清潔で良かったです。 シラーズに来たらまたここに泊まります。

必須得説，服務還是可以，但房間實在對不起那價格。不論內外，都有一種殘舊。還有伊朗必須護照存前台也是個很不能接受的BUG。 關鍵大部分人對伊朗沒概念，我衹想説初入伊朗很難適應，語言可以克服，數字都是波斯文就很累了。 跑偏了，反正可以參考小某書裏的推薦，落地再找，如果家庭出遊，建議訂更好的，不是很建議這種，反正我住一天換了。

Hardly can say it's hotel, service and hospitality is not something you're looking for. It's just a very basic place to stay the night. The only good thing about it is the good location in city center, nothing else. Recommend to go there if you don't have other choices.

We had a very comfortable and good stay at Sasan Hotel in Shiraz. We got the room at one o'clock in the afternoon, the hotel parking lot was available and we parked the car in the parking lot, our room was a three-bed room, the hotel was very clean and quiet and well renovated, and most importantly, it had a bathroom. I saw the ad on a site which was quite reasonable, I called they gave a higher price, I asked for discount, the lady said they didn't do discounts, I said fine its okay. On arrival I had to pay thousand Thomas as deposit because a copy of my passport and and official stamp from visa department wasn't sufficient as they had my passport, I said fine. The gentleman of the nightshift Mr Kamran was very friendly and knew Persian hospitality, so I was glad. I stayed there for a total of 6 or 7 nights The lady staf were unfriendly except one who smiled and ordered me a zereshk pillow from a restaurant I ordered a tour from them, that was apparently just a driver in a old car with no air-conditioning and charger for the phone. Oh well he was a nice old man so I went with it. Pity he didn't know much about the historical sites. On arrival they charged me 400 toman extra. That was the drop so I left for another hotel.

Among several hotels, I chose this hotel. Everything was great. If cleanliness is your thing, definitely choose this hotel. They really care about cleanliness. The Breakfast was also okay. There was high-speed Wi-Fi, tea service with cinnamon, biscuits, sugar, candy and chocolate. I am very satisfied with the price I paid. The behavior of the staff are excellent. It was very clean and perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Wifi was very fast. Shapouri Garden was 5 Mins walk away from Hotel. My third stay was at Sasan Hotel. To be fair, the cleanliness and hygiene and staff of the hotel are at the level of 5 stars. Highly Recommended ❤️

During the check-in at very first meet they start to bow and flattery in front of guests, they checked-in but asked for 2.000.000 rials for minibar price in advanced. I said I don't want that and if I would use I'll pay. but they said noway, we can't give the room's key to you. if you don't want your reservation is canceled and the price is not refundable. so I had to pay and they paid back 48 hours later after the check-out. breakfast was not not possible to choose and prepared. there is no bath in your room, just a shower above the toilet and too tight. Also they said if you make the bed sheets dirty you'll be fine. I don't know if they wash the blanket and bed sheets & pillow covers. I don't smoke but they dictated me if you smoke here you'll be fined for heavy cost too. the only place you can use to park the car is a parking which is working since 7am to 11 pm.

very well located in the city center and close to main tourism attractions. hotel staff is very efficient and kind. The staff team is always available and helping me a any problems or queries. my stay in the city was excellent.

This is Lee, Hon.Consul to Uganda. I came to Iran to find out Persian Cultural. Like so clean, and well organized Shiraz, this hotel, all staffs are ready to help U as long as U asked them. Location is also perfect, most of the places are within walking distance otherwise all within USD1 ~3 distance. There were staffs, Omid and Neda , they were extremely helpful.
