Rafijula khan Its was a good times in citadinne, all the staffs were good especially the house keepers they made feel us like our own home. A guy name Rafijula Khan was in charge of my apartment he was very nice and kind to me , when I need anything he provideds me accordingly.

Great service provided by the hotel, especially Rafijula Khan, never said no when I asked him for room service, very polite and a really great person. Great experience at the hotel, the staff is really polite and well mannered. The breakfast provided is really great. The rooms are really well maintained and just the experience of stay is really great. Overall a nice experience.

Rafijula khan He is a very modest and well behaved person I like his personality very much as he was very professional at his work . The room cleaning, laundry service, corridor cleaning were best. I recommend Citadine to recruit peopl like Rafijula.

The hotel is so good. The foods and the room service iss great. The guys from from room service is so polite and well behaved We stayed here for 21 days and i have no single objection about them. A must visit place. I met three people here, Jeetu, Govinda and Ibrahim, they are so good and well mannered. They do their work perfectly and deserve appreciation for that. They deserve to be upscaled in their career. I appreciate their efforts.

Stay was very good. In case of the total ambience and quietness of the atmosphere.. Cleaning staff were exceptional. Gobinda has been very good. This was in OMR Chennai. And I wish to come here again. Food and other facilities were good…

We are glad we chose citadines for the trip. As we have kids and plan yearly trip we wanted to check out citadines because of the facilities they provide and with glowing review. I should say they deserve the rating. Very cozy, clean with amenities u dont usually find in hotels even be it four or five stars. I kids look forward to come back to d room to look for their beautiful towel models (attached pic). We stayed here for 20 days and had a comfortable stay.every day we are greeted with lovely staffs especially Gobinda (he makes that lovely towel models).

Good stay here in Citadines hotel The house keeping is good Laundry facilities are amazing at reasonable price. Mr. Sitaram support and guidance were good and they treat guest very respectfully. Mr Fiju assisted everyone very helpfully Swimming pool and gym facilities and support staff are too helpful Great and amazing experience in here!

Service is extremely good front desk to housekeeping.... Especially Akanksha everything was breathing taking thankyou all citadines family for make our staycation perfect and memorable thankyou food was delicious bar was peaceful and clam

Best in category hotel, though a little far away from the city centre, the staff support, the calm and clean rooms, the restaurant and the bar, everything above the level of some of the star hotels nearby. Front desk staff Ms. Akanksha was very supportive and helpful.
