Travelodge Shrewsbury Bayston Hill

Very helpful, very informative and nothing was too much of a problem not only did she arrange to sort out our rooms when we were slightly early she also made sure they were clean and tidy plus she was very helpful about where we could eat what was close by also taxi numbers if we needed one etc etc etc

The stay at this travel lodge was made most enjoyable by the competent and friendliness of the staff

Be prepared. All Travelodge hotels provide just 30 minutes of free WiFi. And that’s not usage. The 30 minute timer starts when you first start using it

Stayed here a few weeks ago and couldn't recomend a place higher, was a lovely clean room thank you to the housekeepers who were all friendly, the young girl abbie on reception the night I checked in was nothing but happy to help and went above and beyond to help giving me information about what was around how to get into town with the bus stops ect ect would highly recommend this place and will be staying again thank you

Location : close to motorway ideal for North Wales trips Parking: safe and well lit Rooms: clean and quiet Reception: friendly

Room was clean and spotless, was greeted with a warm welcoming smile by Abbie who was on reception, she was very informative and any questions I had she gave all the information I needed great customer service would definitely stay again stay was amazing

Slept well, staff great and breakfast was great value for money for us as we were leaving early and didn't want a sit down meal. V convenient.

Stayed overnight, hotel is surprisingly quiet considering its location near busy road junction. The staff were pleasant enough, especially the lady on checkout the following morning, who I would rate asdelivering excellent customer service. The room was clean and spacious, with a proper bath, and the bed very comfortable indeed. Handily 5 minutes from bus access to Shrewsbury and Ludlow. Subway, Burger King and Garden Centre Restaurant neaby.

No attached pub or restaurant but maybe that’s a good thing as no one’s leaving late at night. Easy to walk to Pizza Hut in nearby retail park if you didn’t want Burger King or subway. Used Dobbies garden centre cafe for breakfast. Very pleasant, competent staff. Only criticism is getting across A5 when leaving as no traffic lights and bonkers traffic, maybe all the businesses on the roundabout should lobby highways for additional set of lights.
