BIG APPLAUSE & THANK YOU to chief concierge Sam Qiu for his hospitality & prompt response. Sam checked us in & greeted my elderly parents with big smile. Sam is very resourceful! He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

酒店位置近梅縣區牌樓就在大馬路邊，酒店停車位十來個，酒店大堂不大很緊湊，房間還算大，比較別緻，房間壁燈等設施比較特別，小孩子很喜歡，床墊很舒服，晚上9點入住不會吵鬧，房間隔音還算好，服務員態度不錯，由於帶着小孩第二天發現牙刷少一個，呼叫前台很快送到。酒店早餐還行，吃的很可口。不錯的入住體驗，關鍵價格相當便宜划算

在梅州這個遠離市區幾十公里的這個小鎮上，還有這麼不錯的酒店。體驗感非常好，雖然靠近馬路，但是一年都不吵鬧，當然也可以選擇背靠馬路的房間。當年很新，做成榻榻米的設計風格，很乾凈温馨。前台還送上了免費的水果。晚餐雖然簡陋一些，送到房間門口的，但是也不錯，腸粉和豬肉枸杞葉湯。投屏的投影儀，網速還不錯。房間燈光有幾種模式可以調節。還有晾曬衣服的地方。有幾個地方值得改善下：淋浴間洗澡，水很容易就漫出來，溢出到馬桶這邊了。如果是商務辦公出差，那個桌子略微擁擠了一點，另外電腦的電源線夠不着床頭的插座。

真的是被廢棄景區耽誤了的好民宿，算是住過的最好民宿之一了，文旅部評的甲級民宿，精緻到每一個細節，床品、沐浴液夠得上五星級酒店標準。最重要的是服務熱情，客人快到了會先把空調打開，在外面吃飯趕上下雨，主動聯繫送傘過來。旁邊的花間慢更是奢華，衹是因為客人較少暫時關閉了，真心希望這樣的好民宿能夠一直開下去，讓更多的朋友感受到這份旅途中“超出預期”的幸福感。

AAlfred.YappThe service staff are excellent, very nice and helpful. Special thanks the the night manage Mr. Yap. He even offered to drive me to the restaurant when the Didi app could not get me a car. All the staff are caring and detail. ( and also thanks to the two ladies in the morning shift - only got their Chinese name ! And I can’t write Chinese! . They reported I was missing to the police when they found I have not returned from a field trip after dark ,just kidding, they almost did that ! . Swinging by Meizhou from Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the service staff at Atour is world apart ! is this Meizhou city or the Hakka hospitality! Anyway, Atour gave a very personal touch and a different experience from other places I have been to. Keep up the good work, guys. Oh, not the mention I find the ambiance is of the ‘new age’ type ! Really love it. So much that I am now at an Atour hotel at Xiamen.

PPengguna Tetamu衞生：衞生不錯還挺乾淨的，環境：房間也不錯，雖然小了點，但是挺舒服的，酒店周圍環境也不錯。服務：服務也很好，還貼心的給了一個遊玩和美食攻略設施：房間其他都還好，就是空調風正對着頭吹不舒服，關了又悶，這個都還好，最不好的就是馬桶，沖水聲音太大了，半夜都不敢上廁所，怕吵醒家裡人，其他都還算不錯

PPengguna Tetamu一家人從深圳去潮汕旅行，最後一站安排到興寧泡温泉~這家酒店整體裝修都挺新的，室外温泉泡池也很多，不時會有服務人員來問你要不要和薑茶~還有很多專門的小朋友玩水區~ 房間挺大，衞生間有獨立的泡池可以放温泉水，還贈送了艾草浴包和麪膜。陽台上還有晾衣桿，方便晾曬泳衣。餐廳早餐的中餐很好吃，超出我的預期！另外管家歡歡服務很好，從我們還沒到酒店就致電詢問我們幾點鐘到，還不時發微信提醒我一些注意事項，很貼心。有的時候還專程準備了水和小零食~

TThorntonHad a lovely 6 day stay at this hotel which is in an excellent location and has beautiful, modern rooms. The rooms are spacious and modern with high tech access and lighting, they are comfortable and have a sofa which is an unusual feature. The location is very convenient for public transport and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and one helped me to get a taxi to the train station on my departure.

PPengguna Tetamu無論是房型還是前台接待，我們一家人都很滿意。續住房，第一天訂的大床房，電視看着看着沒聲音了，水的温度稍微冷一點，續住時候我們和前台説換個房間，前台小哥哥幫我們升級了家庭房，當時收拾好東西，我老公準備下樓拿房卡，前台小哥哥就把房卡送上來了，很小的細節解除了我們對之前入住的不滿，經常帶孩子出來玩，離萬達廣場近，離親戚家近，也更喜歡夢百合房，會注重些睡眠方面的。因為白天帶孩子玩，衹是晚上回來住，沒來得及拍照，516房是第二次入住了，挺喜歡的。

Wwsbbys_na看起來比較新，乾乾淨淨，設施齊全。床不行，不小心靠一下床就挪位了，睡覺稍微動一下腿，整張床都在晃。空調也不行，效果一般般。早餐好像是跟別人合作的，種類少，醃麪，醃米線都不好吃。

PPhay LingRuijin hotel is one of the best hotel in Dabu. The hotel room is big and spacious. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. However, being in China, we were not used to indoor smoking, so the staff helped to open the corridor windows for more ventilation. Chinese breakfast was served hot daily. Simple spread of mantou, porridge with condiments, and the local favourites like 老鼠粉（Lao Shu fen). My children loved it. We had. Wonderful time in Ruijin.

SSgdemetrioThe location is off the downtown area and a sort of resort, so it is not centralize and slightly inconvenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you need to buy anything. Rooms are clean but there were some insects around as it is located on a hill area. However, overseas credit card such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard cannot be used.
