入住時間剛好遇到下雨，也遇到不太舒服的事情。
1.開車抵達門口（下大雨），被門口管理大哥告知停車位已滿，要停樓下，我回說可不可以先下行李，他回說沒有停車位，我說....先放行李，再開下去停車，他直接回覆，先停下去！沒有停車位。
2.辦完入住手續後，我需要再下去停車場拿行李，請管理大哥載我們下去拿行李，大哥很為難的說：可以等一下嗎？現在下大雨。（我的全身是濕的，先回房間，我也沒有辦法換洗）我帶著情緒說：我現在全身是濕的！！！！大哥馬上說：好好好，帶你們下去領行李。
3.當我們把行李運上來後，看見其他車子在飯店門口旁的遮雨棚裡下車並下部分行李，我又更不舒服，當下反應給幫忙載行李的管理大哥聽，他只說了“不好意思”。
-入住過程非常的不舒服。
-車停哪裡不是問題，問題是下大雨，要有雨天應變措施，減少淋雨次數。
-我願意體諒下大雨，工作人員非常辛苦的調停現場，但是回應方式與做法，我無法接受。
以上，所以服務只有2顆心。

The room is big and clean. A quiet place with a Family Mart opposite.
A nice cafe and a nice eatery place which I went twice within a min walking distance
There are more at the back but i didn't explore further.
Owners are very nice people. In fact, the people I met are nice, friendly and helpful. The girls from the Cafe even helped me to book a car and accompanied me to wait for it.
Owners are friendly and chatted with me causally for awhile, suggesting places I should go etc.

WWoodlands CaterpillarWe reached there a bit late, almost no carpark already. The counter staff very nice, helped us find a slot & direct the traffic. Room very spacious, clean & convenient. Breakfast super yummy too.

PPengguna Tetamu這是第四次來住竹美山閣，逢農曆過年初三(2022年2月3日)我們住301山閣套房，「園區內絕無僅有且只此一間的頂級套房，獨立一大床的洋式臥房緊臨和式廳堂與客房湯屋共享大幅落地窗景，盡覽泰安鄉層山美景，雲霧泉霧繚繞眼前，恍若置身在雲深不知處的桃花源，在頂級的地方享受頂級的風景，實為有品味的您不可錯過的渡假享受！」這是官網的介紹，其實這是我們第二次住301房，上次感覺很好所以再來，但這次感覺失望是泡湯室的兩個木製門都很難拉推，客廳地板濕冷(應該要備除溼機)，早晚餐也普通，一晚35200元不應該是這樣。

HHuishan入住的時候沒有告知戶外湯池開放時間
進房後在抽屜有看到一張提醒單之類的單子
原以為時間與單子相符
因為跟男友兩個人都不想人太多的時候去
所以壓時間才下樓
結果被告知開放時間比房間內還早一個小時結束！？
結果掃興回房
房間內的泡湯池還不錯
勉強平衡了一點

XXiao原本希望住感恩3，後來被人員安排住感恩4房型，房間整體和環境都很不錯，只是房間天花板有些許蜘蛛網還有一隻小蜘蛛陪伴我們過夜，還好我們沒有很怕昆蟲，山上難免啦 就不用太在意，有浴缸的房間很棒 泡澡泡到流汗舒服～

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodation is at DaHu, MiaoLi, kind of village area supposedly a popular spot during strawberry season. We are doing a self drive trip and is intended a stopover. The room is decent, clean and adequately equipped like hot shower, local TV channels, WiFi, etc. Breakfast is simple local stuff with porridge prepared by owner. The wash basin tap and shower holder in our room can benefit with some maintenance but they still work.

Hhugo房間很大、整潔，從加油站旁邊小路開進去，有鬧中取靜的感覺，一大早空氣非常好，走路可以到草莓文化館、便利商店。建議走路到草莓文化館，因為該館停車位不足。
