El hotel es bonito, incluyendo la habitación. La recepcionista amable pero nunca dijo su nombre y no estaba identificada (había una sola), tratamos de hacer reserva por booking y no pudimos, fuimos al hotel directamente y el precio lo triplicaba y la habitación era más sencilla... demasiado caro para la calidad de servicio... llamaron a recepción para pedir toallas y el seguridad dijo que ese no era su trabajo, que debían llamar luego, que tenían que esperar que la recepcionista se desocupara y él ahí parado cuál gerente. Pedí un vaso de agua y me dijeron que debía comprarla (En hoteles más humildes hasta café o té te ofrecen y en hoteles de lujo debería haber dispensadores de agua. Trabajo en un hotel de la cadena Leading), quise pagar con $ no tenían cambio, que tenía que ser si o si con tarjeta... no había jabón en la ducha, tuvimos que usar del jabón del dispensador del lavamanos. Nos entregaron 1 sola tarjeta para la habitación, salímos y no pudimos dejar el aire acondicionado encendido y hacía calor... La habitación tiene una ventana con una cortina de un sólo paño, la cuál estaba tapada por un escritorio, casi imposible de rodar. Los colchones parecen colchonetas, no había papelera en la habitación, el control de la tele estaba dentro de una bolsa de papel cuál pan o medicina... Precio caro y no incluía desayuno y para tomar desayuno cobraban un excesivo adicional por persona, monto con el cual pudimos almorzar en otro sitio dos personas.

The Casa Blanca is located in a central place in cucuta, wich made my transfers from place to place much easier and in my reservation include the breakfast really nice and good. The rooms very clean with A/c , TV with cable tv and a small refrigerator with snacks. The hotel also has rooms for activities or events i case that you have a special occasion. The staff in the hotel they treat me like a king I dont have any complaints at all, I remember Sandra in the reception and the others ladies there and I apologize if I dont remember all the names but all of them are really nice. The restauran cabá literally I try most of the food in the card but the tomahawk steak is really nice, Miguel and his partner that I dont remember her name both of them are really kind, the others too but most of time they are the one who attended me. The other restaurant is in the roof the name is 360 they prepare a nice cocktail the name is Santa Maria is like a sangria but a little bit stronger is really nice. I Congratulate Mr.Jesus (who is in charge of the hotel) for all the help and excelent staff of the hotel. I definitely return.

Ssandramilenau2017This was the first time of me being in Cucuta and staying in a Hotel. Oh My God! What a magnificent experience... I totally loved it,. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very dark to enjoy a good night sleep; the view is great! the food availability was really good, what I loved the most is that I had the pleasure to enjoy the typical soups from Cucuta, every morning, well, I recommended to have it available every morning, there were 2 days in which they served something different, that from my perspective, was too heavy for breakfast. The personnel working there, Ohhhhhh they are beyond amazing and my words are short to describe how amicable, educated, helpful, respectful and always with a small when talking to me, willing to make your stay the best one. I count not have a better experience there. Totally worth it!

I recently booked an extended stay at the Holiday Hotel in Cucuta S.A. Hotel is in an excellent location to Ventura shopping mall and food court and within walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. Hotel is clean and well maintained by friendly and delightful hard working house keeping staff members directed by Sra. Benavides. Breakfast buffet was very good with many items to choose from and the rooftop pizza restaurant and night view was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and front desk team members, under the direction of Sra. Sirley Rios, are extremely efficient and accommodating in taking the extra steps in seeing that your needs are met. The hotel is recognized and certified by the Hotel and Tourist Association of Colombia and by IHG members. I could not have chosen a better accommodating hotel and would recommend the Holiday Hotel to travelers visiting Cucuta!

Qué bueno tener una piscina. Es limpia en horas de la mañana. Por la tarde, ya está llena de hojas y otras cosas. Lástima que permitan fumar en las áreas comunes, así sea al aire libre. Es irrepetuoso con los que queremos disfrutar del aire libre y buen clima sin cigarrillo. Los fumadores deberían hacerlo fuera del hotel. El único momento sin música de parlantes es temprano. Por la tarde/noche, es imposible encontrar silencio, sea por los parlantes del hotel, o por huéspedes inconsiderados que ponen sus propios parlantes al lado de la piscina. NOT-VEGGIE friendly. En el menú está listada una Sopa de Verduras. Pregunté al mesero si traía alguna sustancia animal y me dijo que no, que tranquilo. La pedí. Cuando me la trajeron, vi flotando los pedacitos de carne de pollo. Le dije al mesero, pero se empeñaba en decirme que eso era puramente vegetal, hasta que fue a preguntar en cocina y me dieron la razón. La sopa ”de verduras” está hecha sobre una base de caldo de pollo (¡con pedacitos de pollo!). El menú NO tiene ninguna alternativa vegana nutritiva. Pregunté por granos de cualquier tipo, lo más fácil de hacer: Fríjoles, lentejas, garbanzo. NO TIENEN. Solamente hay pasta con algunas verduritas (pimentón, tomate y cebolla). Tienen MUCHO que aprender y mejorar. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Espero estos comentarios sirvan para mejorar su atención.

XXavier 726L'hôtel est très agréable, parfait pour se reposer et profiter des piscines.lhotel est de type champêtre et est très étendu, environ 100 mètres *100 mètres avec de nombreuses cabanes. Pas de stress,ici,loin de la route et très sûr. Le personnel collabore et les commodités sont très bonnes surtout si vous avez des enfants. La chambre est très belle avec l'air conditionné qui fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les piscines sont dignes d'hôtels de luxe. L'hôtel se trouve à 300 mètres d'une zone de divertissement où il y a des restaurants, des bars, des discothèques. Excellent hôtel.

AANDREINAMe gustó mucho la ubicación y el ambiente, muy tranquilo. Está bien equipado por si la estancia se alarga tiene nevera, cocina y lavaplatos y aire acondicionado. El sitio es muy acogedor, tipo familiar, tiene el centro comercial Ventura cerca y a cuadras del centro, la atención del personal excelente. Lo único malo faltaba un vidrio en la ventana de la cocina y el aire acondicionado se salía. De todos modos Volveré muchas gracias
