Please carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.

I was bumped off of a morning flight at CDG and this Best Western allowed me to check-in early. The staff was super friendly and helpful the hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was bigger than most Parisian hotels and there wasn’t a sound issue despite being only 5 minutes driving from the airport. Within 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in town. I would definitely return here!

The rooms were simply amazing with each part very carefully planned. There was everything available from a microwave over to a small kitchen shelf with separate basin. The WC was separate from the bathroom providing opportunity to cut time in getting prepared. The dining in Picasso room however was the saddest experience I had in whole of Europe trip of about two weeks as the staff was not only rude but unfit to be posted in a restaurant as either they would response or respond rudely. They did not replenish the food items though the hotel includes price of breakfast in the tariff. The waitress and waiters behaved as if the customers are beggars. The front desk staff when approached also hardly smiled despite greeting them before conversation and had no information about how to reach city other than booking a cab or uber. A phenomenal infrastructure being marred by incompetent staff for the hospitality industry!

Before I went to the hotel, I worried about the reviews which were not good.
But the room was clean and wide.
I stayed comfortable.
They have kitchen and microwave but no dishes.( If you want its, you must pay 10 €)

Very friendly staff, reception, bar and restaurant. The ceviche was excellent! First morning I missed breakfast by 5 minutes but Laurence ensured I still got a coffee and came back from the kitchen with a paper bag filled with fruit, a brioche and orange juice. The next morning she recognised me and came over with some fruit again (“for your long working days!”). It’s these touches that make an outstanding customer experience! Room was good, but a bit dated and curtains were ripped. I would come back!

Our stay at this Apart'City near CDG was a definite 5-star due mainly to the excellent service provided by every member of the stay, most especially Wael, Sana & Lisa. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Although it was not far from the airport, we hardly heard any airplane noise.

訂的房間是為了參展，價格比平日瘋漲了242%,這個我可以理解，酒店也是商人嗎～
可是，房間小的一個人住轉身都很困難，想打開行李箱就更別提有多困難！不知道這所謂的標準雙人床如果2人住會侷促到什麼程度？！
這1900元一天的房價，着實有點“性價比”！
出行前，跟攜程客服聯繫了關於機場-酒店之間的來回班車事宜，得到的回覆是：從早上5點開始，每半小時一趟班車，站點在**，可是落地巴黎CDG後，早9點前就在**班車點等候，等了1個多小時，期間給酒店打了N次電話一直是電腦值班-法語！找了個機場的美女幫忙打，電話鈴聲響了12分鐘，還是一直電腦值班，沒人接聽；同時我嘗試給攜程客服發消息聯繫，得到的是自動回覆，任何幫助都沒有！
最終另外一個酒店的接駁車司機見我風裡雨裏等了那麼久，於是乎熱心的要了酒店的電話，謝天謝地這次酒店終於有人接聽了，被告知：
機場接機到酒店 每天衹有下午5-9點，每半小時一班車！my goddess! 這攜程的海外專員服務也真夠到位了，落實個酒店接機班車的時間都搞不明白？
攜程的客服，真的讓人詬病啊！
離戴高樂機場不遠（27路坐6站2.1歐元，uber12歐元左右），如果為了趕第二天航班，還可以考慮入住這個酒店，否則真心不推薦！
酒店的早餐，典型的 麪包/cheese/火腿肉，沒有任何青菜…住了一週每天的早餐沒換過樣。
房間的衞生還算可以，衹是衞生間面積也侷促的很。
特別強調：
酒店前往戴高樂機場（衹到T2哈）的班車是每日早5-9點，每半小時一趟，需要提前一天掃前台的碼預約，車費eur7;
機場到酒店的班車衹有 衹有 衹有（重要的事情説三遍） 下午17-21點，每半小時一趟，收費也是eur7.其他時間到達的朋友們請自行打的或者uber前往酒店，uber大約在12歐左右。千萬不要在**酒店班車站點傻等哦……
出酒店左轉850米有家Aeroville 綜合性購物中心，裏面有家比較大的超市Auchan，還有若干家餐廳-比較推薦其中的一家華人開的泰餐館,比較起Campanile hotel的自助晚餐，味道好得很多！
酒店房間不提供牙具，拖鞋，連面巾紙也都是每天給2張…
房間不設保險箱，沒有熨衣板……
總而言之：過了7天“綠色星球”的生活…

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

I had to pay €150 as a security deposit, which Trip.com never mentioned anywhere. However, the hotel receptionist showed me that they had mentioned this security deposit on all other platforms like booking.com. Apart from that, the hotel staff were really nice to us and explained the security deposit process. They also refunded the deposit upon our check-out.
I think this hotel needs renovation as their AC is not working properly, and the carpet is really old. However, it was fine for my two-day trip.

PPengguna TetamuSurprisingly one of the best airport hotel, the receptionist was so helpful even late in the night..the room is so big with awesome big bed. I would certainly like to stay much longer and will do soon. One to mention is excellent bar and awesome table tennis table.

Ffluffy pancakesService: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service.
Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing.
Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable.
Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice.
Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it.

HHenry travellerIt’s good location nearby CDG airport. It has free shuttle train to all the terminal with 3 minute walking distance from hotel. It a express hotel, so surrounding don’t have any convenient shop but you can take a train to terminal 1 in CDG airport to shop what you need. The breakfast is so so.

IIceice26The room is clean, although not very spacious. It is quiet at night, and I barely heard any airplane noise. The hotel is also close to one of the shuttle stops, just a 5-minute walk away. Two welcome drinks are included, making it a nice choice for a short stay.

DDamien_mrtI’ve enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was a bit too small but overall it was clean and well furnished. The easy access to the CDGVal (free automated shuttle) is a plus. Just be careful when you’re booking your taxi from Paris city center : there is another Mercure hotel a few minutes away !

MMarina1403Отель очень милый,находится недалеко от аэропорта. Есть трансфер, но он ограничен по времени. Так как я прилетела поздно пришлось вызывать такси. Таксисты берут заказ неохотно, потому что ехать близко. Я по ошибке забронировала кровать в Мужском номере. Нужно было переводить то, что написано на французском,т к на Трип ком при бронировании на русском не было никаких пояснений.Но сотрудник мне помог и поместил в женский номер. Залезать на второй этаж кровати немного неудобно, но спальное место очень большое,белье чистое, дают полотенце.

KKasun TharukaFriendly staff, there is a filter for drinking water and also microwave. Room was really good and quiet. Private bathroom also clean. Rooms are cleaned every morning with new towels. And also there is a coffee machine 2€ for each. Within 1.5km walking distance there is a big mall( Aéroville ) there you will find everything including big Auchan. Highly recommended.

I booked via Chase Travel portal. After checking in close to 8pm I had to change rooms multiple times. The first room had mold near the window and an inoperable phone. The second room had dust bunnies and mold in the bathroom. After pointing out that the front-desk staff asked me multiple times if I was staying in the room alone, and the first two rooms were right next to the emergency stairs, the third room was away from the emergency exit but had a broken lock, mold in the bathroom, and staples holding down the wallpaper. The photos provided on the Chase Travel portal did not accurately portray the rooms I was placed in. After being on the phone with Chase Travel customer service for 1.5 hours to address the issue, send photos, request a full refund, and secure a different hotel near the airport, I was in line to checkout before midnight; I did not stay overnight due to the conditions of the rooms and broken lock. It took ~20 business days and daily phone calls with Chase Travel to receive a 100% refund. Chase Travel's vendor, Hotelbeds, followed up with the hotel's manager on multiple occasions to request a 100% refund: 9/30/23, 10/1/23, 10/2/23, 10/4/23, 10/5/23, 10/6/23, 10/8/23, 10/16/23, and 10/17/23. Chase Travel claims they (or Hotelbeds) called the hotel but often called after the hotel manager left for the day. The hotel manager responded on 10/2/23 to offer a free night for a future stay, on 10/10/23 to offer a 20% refund, and lastly on 10/18/23 to refuse the 100% refund. I declined both offers. Due to the hotel management's refusal, Chase Travel reimbursed me for the reservation. I encourage you to avoid this location if you can; but if you can't, may you have a better experience than I did.
