I spent five nights in the Silver Linden studio apartment and loved it. The Central Parc and the apartment surpassed my expectations - and I am quite particular about accommodations. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and was decorated with thoughtfulness and style. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home - there was even a salad spinner and bottled water. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The apartment has very large windows that overlook a beautiful and tranquil park. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was very appreciated during a July heatwave. The Central Parc is in a lovely historic mansion and employs very helpful staff members to assist guests with check in, check out, etc., during the day. The Central Parc is an easy 10 minute walk to Tours' charming historic center. There is also plentiful street parking, making it a very convenient home base for touring the Loire Valley. I'm looking forward to making a return visit!

RRachelThe location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

PPengguna TetamuIf you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

AAlainBonjour j'ai réservé à l'hôtel l'univers une chambre pour la Saint-Valentin je suis venu avec mon épouse et ensuite on a fait une réservation au restaurant pour un menu spécial Saint-Valentin on nous a demandé d'arriver avant 21h30 ce qu'on a fait pour avoir le menu qui nous était destiné sauf que on est arrivé bien avant pour être sûr d'avoir le menu spécial Saint-Valentin on est arrivé à 20h45 et on nous annonce que c'est trop tard que il n'y a plus assez pour tout le monde donc je suis très déçu je fais part de ma déception je dis que j'ai fait la réservation une semaine à l'avance et qu'on m'a promis qu'on avait droit à un menu spécial Saint-Valentin après avoir dis plusieurs fois notre mécontentement on nous a proposé de nous faire le menu qui était convenu mais avec une quantité limiter c'est vraiment dommage pour un tel établissement car l'endroit est magnifique l'hôtel avec piscine jacuzzi et hammam et formidable mais la restauration n'est pas à l'auteur de l'établissement fortement déçu on a signalé l'incident à l'accueil le jour de notre départ et on nous a enlevé 40 € sur le prix du menu spécial Saint-Valentin mais on aurait préféré payer le prix convenu et être servi correctement comme c'était convenu donc c'est dommage pour un tel établissement

DDiscover59816695038We stopped over for one night in Tours. Tours is lovely and has good restaurants and bars. We stayed at the Best Western - staff are great - really friendly and helpful. The hotel car park was full but they provided details of car parks a few minutes walk away. They also allowed us to store our bikes in their garage. Rooms are small but clean and it is an older hotel. We had a few drinks in the bar at the end of the evening - a good way to meet other travellers. Check out was swift.

Good welcome, actually very good recommendations about where to eat. Convenient underground parking. Comfortable bedroom with excellent and quiet air conditioning. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice. Super central location

TTimboTravelsWe just stayed there for a night on a longer travel by car. It was a cheap place to stay and it had for an extra 9€ a parking space underground. The parking space and the elevator up looked a bit old, but the room was clean.

PPengguna TetamuHaving just arrived from a Mecure in Clermont-Ferrand, to call this hotel a Mecure, damages the brands name. The whole hotel is in need of a major revamp. On arriving at your room, you always want to feel that it's adequate for a good night sleep. The very thin sheet right on top of the unprotected mattress did not give me that impression ! The room looked dated. There was a rip in the blackout curtains backing. We were facing the railway, and the soundproofing was adequate. The fridge had been removed, but the extension lead and space for it was still in place, and on mentioning it the next day to reception, the reply was, ”Only Privilege rooms have them” . Which we knew was wrong as we were travelling as a 4 and our friends had a fridge. Their room was just as dated as ours.

Idéalement situé proche de la gare et du centre ville, dans une rue calme proche des commerces, cet endroit regroupe une résidence étudiante et une partie résidence d'affaires ou de court séjour. Accueil souriant et convivial, bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Par contre, chambre sale, mal entretenue, manquait pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine et enfin, douche avec rideau plastique, peu propice aux règles d'hygiène actuelles.
