JJazz ❤The thing I loved is, it was very neat and good maintained room. But the heater wasn't working and while I had a complimentary breakfast offer, I wasn't given that cuz I had to leave by 7.45 while breakfast served only at 8am, (I really hoped if a provision was made, since we are paying definitely!) Well, the receptionist was kind to give a small heater which didn't really heat up that room but yes, something better than nothing. Cleanliness certainly deserves a bonus point, though. And it was close to Chatham station, also ubers are available, hence travel options were also good. Pretty nice hotels nearby.

EEstherWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuThis was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to charge my car…, for free, no parking charge either. The receptionist was welcoming and bar staff were friendly. Hotel room was perfect and beds super comfy!
