The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.

I don’t know where to start. We recently stayed at the Windsor Court with friends our as the property came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint. The moment our driver pulled up and the doorman raced out with umbrellas we knew service was going to be impeccable. Everyone here is friendly, professional and very well trained to pay attention to detail and make you feel warm and welcome. Our rooms was nice and spacious, when traveling with a 4 year old we always appreciate space to spread out. Dinning venues are all great but I do have to say sitting in the lounge with an adult beverage and a bowl of gumbo was very enjoyable. We met lots of great staff including John Taylor who tools a few moments to chat with us and again just to be friendly and make you feel welcome. The only negative item was the tea service we took our daughter to just seemed to miss the mark a little bit was very appropriately priced for what it was. We would whole heartedly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!

SShiraKami menempah hotel dengan melihat bahawa ia mempunyai 4 bintang, ada kolam renang dan senarai kemudahan mengatakan ada ketuhar dan microwave untuk bilik. Saya dapat memberitahu anda bahawa ketika kami sampai di sana, kami pasti terkejut dan tidak dengan cara yang baik. Kolam itu ditutup walaupun mereka meletakkan papan tanda di pintu terima kasih kepada orang-orang yang tinggal sejauh 6 kaki. Saya tidak faham bagaimana anda boleh berada sejauh 6 kaki jika anda tidak dapat masuk ke kawasan kolam renang, apalagi kolam itu sendiri. Sebab lain mengapa kami sangat tidak senang adalah kerana kami membawa makanan beku yang diharapkan dapat memanaskannya dan tidak ada ketuhar, atau microwave di dalam bilik. Untuk hotel bertaraf 4 bintang yang tidak masuk akal! Selain itu, hotel ini melakukan beberapa program bantuan COVID-19 yang dalam perjalanannya sangat bagus kerana fakta bahawa New Orleans adalah kawasan yang miskin, tetapi mereka tidak memberitahu kami ketika kami menempah bilik dan di luar hotel ini penuh dengan gelandangan dan yang lain hanya duduk merokok dan minum di kedua-dua pintu di luar dan berkeliaran di lobi. Saya dan suami sangat tidak senang dan walaupun hotel memberi mereka makanan dan air, mereka membuat tempat di mana orang pasti akan dijangkiti virus itu sekiranya mereka tidak cukup berhati-hati atau jika ada orang yang mengalaminya. Sekiranya kita kembali ke New Orleans, kita tidak akan tinggal di sana.

MMAmandaConstantly heard the elevator all night. The bed vibrated like the machine room was under neath it. You can tell that this was the room they sold on discount booking sites because it was in the corner by itself behind the elevators. If you get room 420 you know you got shafted. This was the second worst hotel experience of my life. Check-in was a pain. Both numbers listed by the front door were constantly busy. Only when my wife read a review, she noticed that we had to go to another hotel to check in. The first room barely had any toilet paper (not even a spare roll), most of the lights weren't working, including the large lamp not even having a bulb in it, the floors were filthy, & the workmanship for the whole place is half-assed. The second room at least had more working lights (but still, a lot of the ceiling lights were out). However in this second room, in the bathroom, there was literally crap on the wall with hairs attached to it near the tub. I was able to take one of the coffee stirrers in the room & remove the crap from the wall. The shower heads are useless & neither room had blackout curtains, so the room was still pretty bright as we tried to sleep. The large roaches in the hallways & room freaked out my wife. The shampoo, body wash, & conditioner were all pre-used, with the body wash label washed off. Given how dirty the floors are, I hoped there would be slippers. In the first room there were none, but in the second room we moved to, there was a single pair that I let my wife use, even though they looked like they were used themselves. The random yoga mat in the closet was disgusting. The hardware for the bathtub was installed wrong, with the handheld shower head not even working. The bathtub photographs really well (which is why my wife wanted to stay at the hotel), but the drain was improperly installed & the tub drains even when in the closed position. Overall, this hotel feels like rich parents with a kid that wanted to try their hand at decorating and designing a hotel, so they bought a building and let the kid go wild. It's so bad, I want to dispute the charge with AMEX. During checkout, wasn't even asked how the stay was. Probably because the staff knows this is a poorly built & maintained joke of a hotel. If there is one saving grace of this hotel, it was the AC in the room. Given how humid NOLA is, it was nice to be able to have a room set to 65 unlike most chain hotels limiting how cool a room can get.

TTheeTallNursePerfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

PPengguna TetamuTo check into the room was a breeze. The customer service rep was excellent at his job and even helped me get information about a tour I had booked. The room itself was shabby or well worn looking and smelled. Maid service was good in that the bed was made everyday, but the bed itself was lumpy. There were rust stains in the bathtub. To step outside to smoke a cigarette, one is bombarded with homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. Seems more could have been done to safeguard guests standing in front of the hotel waiting for something or just getting a breath of fresh air from such harassment. I then found out there was a balcony on the 2nd floor where guests could go to smoke their cigarette. The view from the balcony is excellent as it looks right down on Burbon Street, what a treat. Spending days exploring the city and later going to the balcony in the evenings became a routine for me. That is until one night leaving the balcony heading toward the elevator I ran up upon a woman who was stooped down peeing on the floor by the wall that has a picture of a lady with a piece of paper over her eyes. There were bathrooms on the second floor, so I couldn't understand why she would do that. I guess that speaks to the type of person she is. I was appalled. If that is a representation of the type of people who book rooms at the Astor, then that hotel is not the hotel for me! No, I will never stay there again
