we stayed for 1 night and had contacted the hotel in advance to reserve 2 superior rooms, when we arrived we was told that our reservation was not on their system( we showed the chat which was made my Facebook and they continued to tell us it wasn’t available) so they switched us to the standard room which had no windows but it was just dirt that I could wipe off with my finger but as it was only 1 night we would just deal with this, the room was dirty the walls In the bathroom actually had dirt on them which at start o thought was mồi but it wiped cleaned with my finger ,The walls In the rooms seemed really thin, you could hear the elevator every time the doors open it would make a bell sound , as well as being able to hear the people in the room next door having their conversations. after a couple of let downs I was looking forward to the breakfast at least, we arrived to breakfast at 7:30ish and I have never seen such a small fruit selection in Vietnam ever. a country that has so much locally produced fruit sold in the market down the road could only offer 1, when I asked the staff about the fruit they said this was all they had to offer, or I could buy a smoothie which they had more fruit for this, so the hotel was cutting back on fruit for the breakfast so they could sell them as smoothies which was a real shame and a let down because I have not been to one hotel in Vietnam that does not offer an array of fruits to select from for breakfast. It’s not all bad the rooftop bar was really well designed and made a good cocktail, The hotel has got good potential it just seems it’s managed very badly

Hôtel central à côté du marché central, lieu de vie la nuit et à 3 pas du musée ethnographique et 10 min taxi du musée du café que je ne recommande pas parce que ce n'est pas un musée mais un show room pour une marque de café lamentable, à Buon Ma Thuot il y a des cafés artisans fantastiques dont Azzam, Soul que je recommende hautement.
La salle de bain est d'un autre temps c'est le seul reproche.
Le buffet du matin, surtout très fourni le week-end, est le meilleur de la ville et de tous les hôtels du même standing. Généreux, frais, et le seul qui propose une vraie machine à café !
Je conseille fortement !

Nhưng có vẻ mình đi thời điểm bên này còn sửa chữa thi công nên tiếng khoan, đục cả ngày, chẳng thể thư giãn hoặc ít nhất ngủ nướng cũng không được.

Tôi vừa có cơ hội trải nghiệm một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Khách Sạn Biệt Điện ở Buôn Ma Thuột. Phòng ốc ở đây rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi và được bố trí tinh tế. Đặc biệt, view nhìn ra vườn cây xanh mát mang đến cảm giác thư thái và gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi tôi cần. Tôi cũng yêu thích dịch vụ ăn uống tại nhà hàng của khách sạn. RRan Hee대이남 빌라는 정말 특별한 경험을 제공하는 곳이었어요. 자연과의 조화가 잘 이루어져 있어서, 편안하고 여유로운 분위기에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 빌라는 넓고 아늑하며, 인테리어도 세련되게 꾸며져 있었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 주었고, 시설이 잘 관리되고 있어 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었어요. 주변 환경도 조용하고 평화로워서 휴식하기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 이곳에서의 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠고, 다시 가고 싶은 곳이에요!

PPleromaaNouvelle génération d'hôtellerie où tout est connecté et tout se fait via tablette et wifi, désorienté au début mais conquis de la confortabilité du système.
L'hôtel n'est pas loin du cœur de ville, et tout est à proximité. Checkin au 2e étage de l'immeuble où l'entrée est une agence bancaire. La réception fait aussi office de grande salle de bar, de salon, de jeux, de projection de films, de coin cuisine et de laundry automatique. Les chambres sont au dessus.
Chambre bien millimétrée, semblant petite au début, mais finalement commode. Pas de bouilloire, ni frigo, ça se passe à la réception. Capsule toilette et salle de douche au débit parfait. Mettez l'application Sojo hôtels dans votre téléphone, et tout se télécommande : stores, lumières, TV, climatisation, c'est absolument génial, tout se contrôle couché sur votre lit. Possibilité de 3 ambiances dans la chambre, dont celle du party time où votre salle de bain clignote comme en discothèque aux multiples couleurs. Très fun, mais aussi pratique : levée de stores, contrôle de lumière et de la clim. Bref très classe ! De même pour la télé.
Petit déjeuner buffet en principe quand l'hôtel est bien rempli, sinon à la carte mais à volonté et c'est correct (toujours ce mauvais café dans la capitale vietnamienne du meilleur Robusta au monde!) On peut avoir du vrai beurre et de la confiture sur du pain de mie, et pas seulement que le petit déj salé viet.
Bref mon séjour était novateur, cool, et pas sûr de vouloir revenir à une hôtellerie classique après ça. Je recommende, d'autant que le prix est archi best : 26€/nuit du 21 juin!

PPengguna TetamuThis is the first time I have chosen MT hotel to stay and I have had many memorable experiences here. During my stay, I lost a bracelet (it had no value, but had memories for me). Handsome man Chi and lovely girl , she name Tu remembered the name and room I was staying in and sent it back to me. In addition, the enthusiasm of the staff here makes me really happy. Hopefully, next year I will have a long vacation to experience at BMT.

PPengguna TetamuI am an Indian traveller and I have visited Buon Ma Thuot twice so far for business. During both my trips I had stayed for long at Elephant’s Hotel. Here is my detailed review of this property - Rooms: They have 4 different room types and I have stayed only in their superior rooms which are quite spacious. This room size should be comfortable for a small family as well. Cleanliness: The management team ensures that the common areas, pool, restaurant, lift, the rooms and the bathrooms are always maintained very clean. Food: Every chef out there and the restaurant staff were ever willing to walk an extra mile to ensure they were preparing good Indian vegetarian food during my long my stays. Also, Their hygiene standards are second to none! Overall: Each and every staff here is very friendly and their warm hospitality can be felt despite the language barrier. Many of them can converse well in English, still if you are a non-Vietnamese traveller, please have a translator app handy so that they fully understand your requirements. I would look forward to staying again at Elephants Hotel when I travel to Dak Lak.

PPleromaaPour une évasion dans le vert et la quiétude, Hami est le lieu idéal, le jardin propose une détente souveraine, alors que la très belle piscine offre une fraîcheur bienvenue pendant les étés de plomb.
Chambre confortable, décoration simple mais avec des couleurs bien pensées, absolument rien à redire.
MAIS le très gros point noir de Hami c'est le petit déjeuner le matin : absolument décevant, non varié, mal préparé avec un choix minimum à la carte, un plat salé et une boisson. Si vous prenez un café, pas droit au jus ou à un thé. Pas de petit déj continental : corn-flakes, confiture, beurre, pain ...ils ne connaissent pas ! Et le service du matin est laconique, le personnel se fait chier royalement, accueil pas pro du tout. Quand on se plaint de ce qui est proposé, le staff vous répond d'une manière si défaitiste que cela en est insupportable. J'ai écrit à la direction pour ça.
Alors venez ici pour le cadre, la piscine, le calme mais pensez à apporter de quoi grignoter !

PPleromaaFaisant partie des hôtels d'état dont le standard est le même partout dans l'ensemble du Vietnam, le prix est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour la situation centrale où l'on peut tout visiter à pied : les musées de l'ethnologie et du palais royal de Bao Dai, ainsi que le marché central de Buon Ma Thuot. D'autre part un grand mall se trouve à côté pour des achats en supermarché ou bien pour aller voir un cinoche.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien climatisées, bonne literie, tout confort offert. Après, c'est le Vietnam aussi : on inonde vite la salle de bain car les évacuations d'eau de douche sont mal faîtes, la déco est désuète et le petit déjeuner est très asiatique viet, le beurre n'existe pas, à la place c'est la margarine, les plats salés relativement copieux et diversifiés ont du mal à séduire les touristes européens.

Llchilcoat2000I stayed at the Dakruco one night this month and I have to say it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is older but quaint and has a nice outdoor pool. My room was large and again was comfortable with an attractive price offering and near many restaurants and walking distance to the Coop Mart. The staff are friendly and Very outgoing to please their guests . The buffet breakfast which was good and adequate with western and Vietnamese offerings. Would really book here on my next stay 👌

OOn tour IIIHotel staff incredibly positive and supportive ! Great service on all wishes ! Sometimes need translator app but all staff of the hotel try to do all to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable.
Definitely will be the hotel for each time I visit BMT.
