I recently visited the Rixos Khadisha Shymkent hotel in the beautiful city of Shymkent, and I would like to share my impressions. Immediately upon arrival I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness of the room. Everything was so neat and tidy that I had no doubt that the hotel pays great attention to hygiene. I could enjoy my stay in a comfortable and clean environment. Rixos Khadisha Shymkent is in an ideal location. It is literally within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. I could easily explore the city and enjoy all its delights without spending a lot of time moving around. As for vacation metrics, I appreciated the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. They did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the hotel's cuisine also deserves praise. The breakfasts were varied and the food in the restaurant was amazing. If you are planning a visit to Shymkent, I highly recommend choosing the Rixos Khadisha Shymkent hotel. You definitely won't regret it. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy all the pleasures of travel. Thanks to the hotel staff for their care and hospitality. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Shymkent. Helpful tip for future travelers: don't forget to try the local dishes in the hotel restaurant, they are really delicious. I had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel - spacious and comfortable, it was great for a base for my last day in Kazakhstan. The on-site tourist information desk was helpful and I found that the staff couldn’t do enough to help, including preparing a breakfast box as I was leaving at 3:45am the following day, which was impressive as the kitchen staff usually arrived at 4:00. The bedroom was quirky with a walk-in balcony that was a real sun trap and the bed was huge. Despite being a sprawling city, the Grand Hotel was central to several parks, restaurants and shops. No complaints at all.

個人總體感覺星級：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 💰性價比頗高。（在這個城市同等條件下） 🏠酒店地理位置優越。樓下就是公交車站。步行可到中央公園。 🧑🤝🧑接待人員工作態度專業嚴謹。英語交流基本流暢。接人待物熱情友好。僅需出示護照即可很快辦理入住。（阿拉木圖過來的火車早上五點多到火車站，入住酒店很早本來要收取半天的房費，但是最後新年第一天前台小姐姐説“happy ny” 我們公司請你們免費入住👍🏿😄） 🚽房間寬敞明亮、空間非常大，乾淨整潔、內外裝現代精緻、乾濕分離。基礎設施齊全: 電梯、電視、空調、淋浴器、吹風機、沐浴液、洗髮香波、一次性拖鞋、浴袍、熱水器、桌椅、躺椅、以及免費速溶茶、一瓶礦泉水。 🍚最便宜的房型也有免費早餐👍🏿豐富（蔬菜、肉類、甜點、水果、粥等） 🍴一樓餐廳營業至凌晨三點。很方便去用餐。味道也不錯。帥哥服務員雖然英語交流有限，但是通過翻譯軟件也沒問題。推薦的哈薩克斯坦當地pizza味道很不錯。 💕其他可能需要注意或改進之處： 🧖桑拿關閉。 🏋️健身房有點小、器械比較少。但是提供免費的礦泉水。 All in all, 非常值得推薦收藏！👍🏿🤠

”Опыт проживания в гостинице Рамада оставил желать лучшего. Обнаружил проблемы с обслуживанием - персонал был малоинформативен и не проявил интерес к удовлетворению наших потребностей. Кроме того, мы проживали со своей семьей, с нами были маленькие дети, утром моему ребенку стало плохо, тем самым то что она ела на завтрак вышло наружу, попросили поменять простынь, простынь поменяли через 1,5 часа, и заставили платить за химчистку 23к, после говорили выкупить постельное белье за 100к, это полное отсутствие этики и культуры, в конце договорились «по-чимкентски» за 10 тыс. тенге. Если хотите испортить себе проживание и промывание в городе Шымкент, езжайте в Рамада Винхон.

Так как я была на диете большое спасибо повару который входил в мое положение и очень вкусно кормил . В Шимкенте первый раз, но точно знаю где буду останавливаться в следующие приезды.

Had a good stay. Hotel is well-located in the center, not far from Park Abay and the Arbat. The staff was excellent. They helped me find a power cord for my laptop and allowed me to check out a day early when I needed to. Some will have issues with the thin walls. I had a youngster in the next room screaming. And maybe with the road noise. However, I travel with a white noise machine that makes rain sounds and so was able to basically drown both noises out. My main and really only issue was the lack of air in the room. There is a window that you can open, but if it is closed, the air is hot and dry. The air conditioner/heating system seems to only make it more hot and more dry. The breakfast was pretty good. I ate both nights in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but they were sometimes out of some things, and it is a bit expensive. Wifi worked very well. Overall, a good stay.
