Top Erlebnis! Mein Mann und ich waren für 5 Tage im Hotel und haben hier Silvester gefeiert. Das Frühstück und das komplette Silvesterpaket waren ausgezeichnet! Das Frühstuck im Hotel wird mit viel Liebe vorbereitet und die Produkte (auch für Vegetarier und Veganer geeignet) werden frisch zubereitet. Tiberiu Kereme hat uns jeden morgen am Frühstückstisch liebevoll betreut, mit einer Aufmerksamkeit die noch selten zu finden ist. Danke Tibi! Das ganze Küchenteam hat permanent darauf geachtet das alle Gäste super zufrieden sind. Auch für das Rezeption Team und das Management haben wir ein herzliches Dankeschön und Glückwunsch für die tolle Organisation. Die Silvesterfeier war ein richtiger Erfolg; das Management und die Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben alles super profesionell gemeistert. Danke für Alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Can't go wrong with downtown classic. Just a stroll away from the old center with all its history, bars and restaurants, the Ramada Sibiu kinda has it all. Location, view, generous apartments with kitchenette for families, decent indoor and outdoor parking (upon availability - no reservations), large restaurant and plenty of meeting space. Yup, they sometimes have a dodgy elevator and no pool, but hey, no one's perfect! Tip: try to get a room opposite the elevators at a superior level so that you can enjoy the view - you van see the mountains on a clear day ;)

We chose this hotel due to location mainly. 5 mins by transport to the old town We had a fantastic stay. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The place was spotless too. The owner was delightful making sure we had everything we needed and we were happy. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has underground parking and a couple of spaces at the front. We just used UBER to get to the old town, but there are plenty of buses going past and the bus stop was very near. All the rooms face the back therefore it was quiet and we had a lovely balcony to sit on. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend.

On my London to India solo motorbike trip, I visited Sibiu & stayed in the hostel. I had a tight budget & I reached out to a hostel in Deva & B13 hostel to see if they could provide a discounted price. Mr Khan was very nice & responsive & he agreed for it. The staff at the hostel were very helpful. The area close to the hostel is no vehicle zone & I had to drag my luggage & motorbike to the place but Mr Wasanth helped me, which I did not expect. He also went ahead & spoke to the hotel owner to get a safe & free place for my motorbike parking. I did not get so much hospitality anywhere else in my trip. Thank you B13 hostel :). This is a great & silent place. Worked well for me as I was looking for a good night sleep & not party hostel.

We stayed at this hotel in February for Valentine's Day and did not regret our choice for a minute. The hotel is very comfortable and really cares about its customers. I'm surprised that this site gave the hotel such a low rating. I would give it 10/10 for everything. We checked into the hotel very quickly. Our room was on the second floor. We rode the elevator a couple of meters once and later we only used wonderful stairs with portrets on the wall. The room had 2 toilets. The cleanliness is perfect. Silence. We were especially pleased with all the hotel amenities in the room, from shampoos to bed linen, bathrobes and slippers, which were of high quality. No cheap synthetics. I like it when you pay money and you can see what you paid for. The interior is very beautiful and unusual. The hotel is cozy. Lots of places to relax and take beautiful photos. Breakfast in the restaurant had a lot of choice and all the food was very tasty. In the evening we visited the spa complex with a swimming pool and sauna, which was also included in the room payment. The water in the pool was warm and clean, just like a bath. I saw that some people wrote that the hotel’s interior Baroque style is outdated. I completely disagree. This hotel definitely has its own zest and charm and it brightly complements the impressions of the city itself with its unique centuries-old history. It's sad when hotels in different countries are similar to each other, differing only in the color of the vases or walls. Over time, they are simply erased from memory. In this case, I have vivid memories of the city of Sibiu thanks to this hotel. The hotel is located in an old beautiful building on the central pedestrian street. It was very convenient to explore the city, making circles along the ancient streets, past small taverns and shops and then, tired, returning to the oasis of comfort and coziness right in the center of the tourist area. I especially want to note the high-quality work of the staff. All the employees with whom we had the opportunity to communicate were very friendly and helped us sincerely. We were received as their guests. I recommend this hotel for romantic couples.

This hotel was in a great location and easy walking distance from the town centre which boasts a good range of restaurants and bars. Check in was easy and efficient even though we arrived very late. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a comfortable bed, air-con, hairdryer, TV etc. The negative points were the WiFi which was terrible and continually dropping. The safe which had contradicting instructions labelled on the outside and on a sheet of paper inside. Neither instructions worked. Housekeeping were odd as they seems to change towels but that’s it, no tidying the bed or replenishing the toiletries. I also am not fond of these small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, not very environmentally friendly and just a pain to use. I would stay at the hotel again.
