Side Star Park Hotel - All Inclusive

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to provide information and accommodate our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect – close to major tourist attractions, yet in a quiet area. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. This place truly deserves the highest ratings, and we will definitely return on our next visit!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we had a great time. we had good holiday here last year with a few hiccups, but better this year The hotel is spotless clean and we cannot really fault it. The Entertainment staff again were great, Tuna always made everyone feel welcome and went the extra mile as did some of the waiting staff any issues are quickly resolved Met some great people on this holiday. would we return to this hotel : yes ! Good Location, Good Staff, Decent Food

We had such a fantastic time, cant fault this hotel. Excellent entertainment, the service was incredible, I wont single anyone out as they were all superb, treated like a king the whole holiday and made great friendships with some of the staff. Location is fantastic, walk into Side in 15 mins. Fab choice of food and drinks, spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would love to return. Thankyou all at SideStar Park

Lovely hotel and spotlessly clean. Pool is the best pool we’ve had on holiday the kids loved it. The hotel was predominantly German which we were un aware of before we arrived. Being there the start of June meant it was quiet around the pool and plenty of sunbeds, no ques in the restaurant. Lovely kittens in the swing park that were so friendly and the kids spent lots of time with them. The pancakes made fresh between 3:30/4:30 every day were great. Ice lollies are only available for two hours per day. Mini bars is stocked up most days and rooms always tidied and beds made/ or changed when you ask. Only negatives were the entertainment at nights was quite limited and my children didn’t want to stay and watch which meant venturing out to shops most nights which are only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The main issue we had was the food choice, a lot of stew,casserole,vegetables and we did struggle to find something to eat apart from bread rolls, chips and pasta most nights.

Food was awful. I’m 44 and I was the youngest there by a mile. It was like a German retirement home, people knitting in the bar. No entertainment, the weather was awful , only one tv channel was English, the news!!! My son got food poisoning. Hardly any staff understood English, very much a German hotel! The cleaner was lovely though .

Had a lovely week, week commencing 17th of November, Weather was a mixed back thunder storm on arrival 3 days of Sun, 3 days of overcast with the odd showers but warm enough all week for shorts and T shirts. The Hotel is about an hour from the airport and in a fantastic location about 150m from the beach were they have a private beach and the beach bar is open until 6pm a lovely spot to watch the sunset and food was good but limited, in the busy times the beach bar is also an Al a carte restaurant but wasn’t used for that when we were there. The Hotel was lovely and the staff were great always helpful and smiling and I think the hotel was at about 50% capacity so they was always coming round offering drink, cocktails ect, the drinks were ok not branded, I like a whiskey and a brandy but didn’t enjoy either, we bought a litre on the way out from duty free as we like what we like so Metaxa for me and Pink Gin for Rachel. Food was great no upset tummy’s all week there was at least 10 main dishes, I had read every thing was Fish but that’s nonsense, there was Turkey beef and Chicken with every meal, Salad bar was great puddings were the normal Turkish treats, Rice pudding was good and I think there was ice cream 2 nights of the 7 days, Breakfast was good Omelette’s were made fresh, cheeses and meats boiled eggs. Pancakes and plenty of other selection, you wont go hungry that’s for sure. The room was upgraded to look over the swimming pool the beds were hard but on day 5 the mattresses were changed for much better ones, the balcony was a little small but they were different in each room and it didn’t really both us, nice TV we took the Firestick and on the rainy days we watched TV, internet was great and the added bonus was the free fridge restoked daily with pop and beer. Would we go back yes definitely but we like to try different hotels so we would probably go to a different resort.
