First of all we booked at The Jungle, and upon arrival we were told the room we book had some problem and we were move to another hotel next to it The Tree. The toilet was not as clean as The Jungle. The room were not as nice as The Jungle. By staying in The tree we over paid, because we book The Jungle at a higher price. The room we book had a balcony. The room we got was just a window with a couch outside view. They should have offered us the price difference. Because we downgraded our room. I would stay there again if I got the room I booked for. Aside from that the service was on point. The pool at The Jungle was better than the one at The Tree.

My room is 051 which is at the ground floors, the air conditioner sound so loud and bathroom is not really clean more over at night the sound of frog and animal kinda annoying for me. Also when I first arrived at the hotel on 21 August around 4:30 in the morning there a serviceman that a tan skin have a bad attitude towards us, the ways he talk is not welcoming the guests.  I would not come to this hotel again, please check up and help improve because for this price I expect sth better than this.

Great place in the heart of Siem reap - night market street. The staff was amazing and made us feel like home far away from home.. We started with an amazing welcome drink and fruit plates, allowed us tho check in earlier than expected and helped us with everything - from places to visit to rent a tuk tuk, taxies, etc. The hospitality is on a totally different level Than you all and hope to see you again! The environment here is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and provide great service with a smile.

I have had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Jungle hotel in Siam Reap! My room was on the first floor with a balcony and a stunning view over the pool! The room was spotless, refreshed every day. I loved the tasteful, minimalist design of the room which fitted so well within the lush Cambodian landscape. The location was excellent, I could either take a tuk-tuk ride, or walk to Pub Street or to the night market, literally a few steps away. The staff was lovely, super courteous, and accommodating. I want to make a special note of the tours the hotel offered to Angkor Wat and to express my absolute delight at the tour experience provided by my tour guide, Miss Lucky, and our tuk-tuk driver! Miss Lucky completely transformed my tour experience: I took both the sunrise Angkor Wat tour and the longer temple tour with her. She went out of her way to provide outstanding service, she was extremely patient and attentive, and she took hundreds of breath-taking photos of me at various temples; she has an absolute talent and passion for fantastic photography. I whole-heartedly recommend Miss Lucky if you want a lovely tour guide who can take amazing pictures of you as well!  

Highly recommend staying here. Everything about the place is great. Staff is well trained and always keen to help you. Food is good. The pool and ambience is nice. I would definitely stay here again if I returned.

I had a wonderful stay at The Jungle. The setting was beautiful and location perfect. Hanging out around the pool was great and surprisingly quiet considering a busy road was close. The breakfast was great and there were a range of choices. We also stayed for an evening meal and cocktails which were great. The staff were friendly, helpful and always brought us a cooling towel when we returned. Thank you so much. I would recommend anyone to stay here, couples, singles and families.

The amenities are very basic. Service staff is good thiugh but i am very disappointed with the power outrage for 3 nittes in a row.

Water Pressure was extremely low. And when I complained, the manager was rude to claim that it should be like that assuming that we are from jungle and has no opportunity to stay in a hotel before. Design was bad for a hotel of this price. Totally not user friendly. Ironically, we have a kitchen sink instead of a proper toilet wash basin. Proof of my son fallen while walking out from the primitive washroom.

We loved our short stay at The Jungle. The location was great for us, being just outside the main busy area but only a short walk when we wanted to go. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food we had was really good and not expensive. We also enjoyed some time relaxing and cooling down at the pool. Overall, very happy with our stay and would strongly recommend.

Fantastic service and an ideal location, combined with a beautiful hotel and a nice restaurant. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The room view is excellent.

This was such an amazing stay - beautiful grounds, comfy bed and gorgeous pool, and everything located so centrally within walking distance of eateries and the night market. But it's really the little touches that make it special - being served wet towels when you come in from a hot day, welcome drinks with sliced fruit, a room pre-set up with aromatherapy burners, staff offering mosquito sprays and helping to book various events plus arranging for late checkouts. Plus super yummy lunches in an airy and beautiful restaurant!
