The people who works in the hotel are one the worst that I have seen in my life. At the beginning, they confused the reservation and at the end they run in hurry due to pay an account that I had never consumed. Really, I don’t recommend the place

It is a good location in the city central. Near supermarket and other activities places. Recommend it to others.

Отель очень красивый. Бассейн красивый, удобный и с хорошей температурой. Красивые большие номера, но гостиная кажется немного пустой из-за большой площади. Хороший балкон, но уличная мебель очень не удобная, можно было бы что-то лучше поставить. Хороший завтрак, очень приветливый персонал, готовый помочь с любым вопросом. Уборка так себе, сантехнику не мыли вообще, под прикроватной тумбочкой обнаружили пустую втулку от туалетной бумаги, один раз не положили воду. Не хватает вилок/ложек/ножей на кухне. Неплохой SPA, приемлемые цены, даже на некоторые услуги дешевле, чем в хороших массажных салонах в городе, но дизайн интерьера немного не дотягивает до уровня отеля.

少しだけパブストリートやオールドマーケットからは歩かないといけません。※10分程度です。小さいお子さん連れですと遠く感じるかも知れませんが、実際はそんなに遠くないです。周囲にレストランなどはあまり多くないですがバーガー屋や美味しい所はありました。すぐ近くにビール、コーラなど買える店がありました。プールは良かったです。

酒店裝修很有特色，泳池很漂亮。位置很好，往南走幾分鐘就有好吃的餐廳、好喝的咖啡店、果汁店。這個酒店特別適合四人出行，有個大客廳可以一起娛樂，而且靠着泳池，陽台上風景很美。我這次住的一室一廳靠着馬路，暹粒的夜晚很安靜，基本沒有影響睡眠。早餐美味，奶油番茄湯、椰汁西米露非常喜歡。不足的是洗澡水忽冷忽熱，房間裏有電磁爐、微波爐，但是沒有遊客需要的洗衣機。

兩室的人套房還是很好的，客廳很大，切兩個房間有獨立衞生間。服務和工作人員都很nice，並且前台會提供核心區域地圖，此處到暹粒其他地方也是很方便的，基本在10min路程以內。

가족들과 여행하면서 이렇게 큰 룸을 배정받기는 처음입니다 시설 서비스 조식 수영장 모두 마음에 듭니다 전날 바로 앞에 위치한 J7호텔에 더비싼가격에 지냈는데 너무나도 실망했습니다 손님이 아예없어 폐허같았는데 이곳 꿀렌은 너무 좋았습니다 또 오고싶어요~

預訂大床/雙床房，到酒店選雙床，告知沒有房間，或是要加收35美金才有房間，經過攜程溝通後加收25美金，換去普普通通的雙床間。有點坑人的感覺。其他方面早餐，服務還可以。
