We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly. We highly recommend Jaya House River Park to anyone visiting Siem Reap; it offers a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Very comfortable and satisfying accommodation experience. The hotel is located between the city center and Angkor Wat. There are free tuktuks to the city for dining and strolling, but the city is busy. I prefer to stay in the hotel to enjoy the quiet and warm service of the hotel. There are also authentic local dishes next to the hotel. The room includes daily laundry service and relaxing massage, which is very considerate, and it is very suitable for the urgent needs after a day of running in the high temperature of Angkor. The room provides free soft drinks and daily fruits. The local mango is so sweet. Every time you come back, the staff will hand you an ice towel. Every time you go out, they will also carefully help you spray mosquito repellent and talk to you about your travel experience in Angkor. I often meet the handsome boss at the door to greet guests and give them some travel advice. The hotel has a compact layout, with not many rooms on the 3-story building, but it is equipped with two swimming pools, one large and one small. The room windows are lush and green. The design of the room is mainly wood and stone, which is very natural and comfortable. I like the hotel's large swimming pool, which is suitable for depth and shallowness, with slopes on all sides. It is very comfortable to soak in the swimming pool. In short, it is a very comfortable resort hotel.

Facilities: A little bit old, but it doesn't affect the experience at all. The decoration is in traditional Southeast Asian style. Hygiene: The cleaning service is good. You can also wash clothes. I didn't take the tip in the room. I don't know why. Environment: There is an annual special project on the night of 12.31 New Year. Ice cubes are arranged and free snacks and drinks are served. The taste is good. The experience is full. It is suitable for those who like to take pictures. Environment: The location is not good, so it is equipped with free pick-up and drop-off, which completely makes up for this shortcoming. The service is good. You can use your Nokia phone to call a taxi. It is very convenient and feels at home. Service: Full score is worth it. The boss will check in and introduce it to you. Free pick-up and drop-off, free spa once a day, many services make you very happy, breakfast and dinner taste very good. It is worth experiencing the hotel's Haidilao.

I've stayed at many hotels both in Japan and overseas, but this was the best one out of all of them. Because it's a small hotel, the hospitality of the staff was excellent and I was impressed. I visited to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary, and they surprised me with a nice treat♪ The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was a great experience♡ Tuk-tuk transportation was easy and convenient. I'd like to visit Cambodia again just to visit this hotel.

It's not worth more than 2500 per night. We traveled with children and booked a twin bed. The bed was very small and the children could easily fall off the small bed. There were many mosquitoes in the room, and both adults and children were bitten. There was a male waiter with curly hair who seemed to dislike Chinese children and kept reminding and gesturing to tell the children to speak softly. (The children were actually very considerate and their voices were not loud enough to affect others) The waiter's behavior was very uncomfortable. The lights in the room were dim, probably because of the hotel's style. It was not until daytime that I found that the hotel towels and bathrobes were dirty and yellow. The massage technician said that the massage lasted for an hour, but it was actually 40 minutes. There are also good things about the hotel, that is, free laundry, and you can enjoy your vacation during the trip.

We had a very delicious breakfast every day. The bread was very tasty. It was great that spa service, tuk tuk service and laundry service were included.
