The staffs are very friendly and kind.. 👍

Breakfast is great. Eggs cooked how you like and noodle soup. Then there was cereal, fresh fruit and croissants etc. We didn't try the coffee. rooms are spacious very quiet! Staff are amazing and attentive Lovely serene pool Slight negatives are the dust and the fact that you have to take a didi to get cheap food and drink (there are more expensive options on site and nearby).

Friendly service from all staff including the cooks. Kind and flexible of them to switch my breakfast coupon to a dinner a day before as I had to check out early. The only reason why the service got an 'okay' is because of one slightly plump lady (didn't see her nametag) who did not even look up to greet me or ask if I needed any help at the counter. There were no other guests there and she seemed to be engrossed in the phone / computer with a sour face. Other than that, all other receptionists were great. Hence, I'd suggest the hotel do an investigation and reprimand that individual so as not to let her pull down the hard work of all the other staff who were very kind and professional :)

Not as nice as it used to be. We were a few minutes late for breakfast and only were asking for a little coffee but were denied by the breakfast staff. A bit rude I thought. Hot water for a bath and shower would be nice.

This hotel was on a quiet street with great views from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

従業員の方は皆様笑顔で接して頂き、心地よく3泊させて頂きました。もう少し朝食のメニューが多いと３泊飽きずに済んだかと思います。清潔感のあるお部屋で、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。

房間很大而且很乾凈很安靜，還帶有客廳廚房和陽台，完全就是個一室一廳

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Cabana Residence in Siem Reap. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and has excellent amenities. The breakfast was fine but on our last morning we were offered the a la carte breakfast which I have to say I preferred mainly due to being able to order a decent coffee. I wish the staff had told me I could order coffee on our first day. The rooms are large and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. One thing to say about room 106 is that I feel that the bed was in the wrong place as to turn off the bedside light you had to get out of bed and if you wanted to, you could not watch the TV due to its incorrect position. All very strange! It was wonderful to be able to laze around the small pool after the heat of the day. Ted the tuk-tuk driver was a star and always available. Should we ever come to Siem Reap again we would once again stay at the Cabana Residence. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Make sure you check if the Venue tents for weddings ,Monk sermons and Kareoke have been removed. Woken from 6. 15 am till 9pm.Constant loud speaking, or oriental musicality blaring over 2 loud speakers erected outside of Tents/Large canopies next to hotel.Non stop till 9pm had this 3 full days and today being Sunday it stopped at 11.30 am ..thankfully as we waited for airport puck up.The hotel was lovely and so were staff.However would not choose this hotel again because of noise torture that walls or doors could not eliminate.. nor could pillow over head.Staff apologetic but unable to reduce or cease.U dis love the decor and gand made basins and greenery
