This hotel was such a cool unique experience to stay at. The rooms are very luxurious tents that feel like a hotel room on safari. (Don’t be intimidated— a few of my friends joining our party aren’t big fans of the outdoors and even they agreed it was a highlight of our vacation.) The tents have every amenity of a four star room. There is a charming elephant and 3 water buffalo that comes to greet guests every morning at breakfast. You can pet it and take pictures for free. The spa and infinity pool sits up in the treetops and you can see for miles over the jungle. The food and cocktails at the hotel were delicious. I recommend the frozen coconut rum special! The staff were friendly and completely accommodating. When I visit Ankor Wat again Im absolutely coming back to this hotel. Worth the money. *Definitely book the airport pick-up service with the hotel. The driver was so helpful getting us back and forth.

Chevly is awesome and caring manager of the temptation property. It’s a wonderful stay. We loved it. All the facilities and staff were very nice and they have 2 lovely gorgeous rabbits on the property. We will come back again for sure and highly recommend it

Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I visited herein December 2019 and stayed for 11 nights in one of the poolside villas. I have to say, the room was amazing, the pool area was fantastic and I had the most wonderful time. After traipsing around Angkor Wat all day, it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful and serene setting for a decent rest. I've recommended this resort to nearly all my friends since my return and I can't wait to go back there one day. Across the road from the resort there is a shop and two cafes, so you don't even have to go far for a cup of coffee or some local cuisine. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I loved it.

Stayed in the Angkor wing Deluxe King room for six nites. Check-in was poolside (excellent), Room is nice but light switches took a while to figure out, Bathroom is nice but towel hooks can be better placed. We had to ask for room slippers and cotton wool/buds. Breakfast was good, and was the food in the Kroya restaurant. Service staff all very friendly and accommodating. My two dissatisfactions were mozzies (even in the restaurant and rooms, even though my balcony door was never opened), and the village volleyball courts (3 courts in total I believe) where locals play early/late and they are loud. Oh, on rainy nights, the crickets and frogs are very very loud (hotel room doors seem to let thru all the outside noise). Also took me to get used to the buddha pic right above the bed (it stares down on you as u sleep).

J'ai passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel magnifique avec ma nièce ! La chambre était sublime, les équipements impeccables, et les deux super piscines étaient un vrai régal. Le personnel était aux petits soins et les plats du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner étaient succulents. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde et j'espère y revenir un jour pour un autre séjour mémorable !

Great and comfortable stay! I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, where i had really pleasant stay, because the staff service are really friendly, helpful and polite. Moreover the location is close to the city center and touristic places by walking, apart of that the facilities of the hotel such as common areas, swimming pool and bar are great! I definitely recommend the hotel for long or short stay you will have a comfortable and relax stay! Thank you very much staff service!

We had a very late check in and they were very accommodating. Knew who we were and just led us to our rooms to relax and unwind. Our rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfy and loved having the patio next to the pool. Owner/staff were great. As cliché as it sounds, we started as strangers and left as family. This is our preferred place in Siem Reap to stay. It's along the main road however hidden. Conveniently located to Sok San Rd/Pub St and anything else that you'll need. Looking forward to our return.
