Hotel terbaik di Siemianowice Slaskie

Nasz pobyt był związany z odwiedzinami krewnych i znajomych i już po raz kolejny byłem w tym hotelu, na dodatek w okolicznościach tuż po otwarciu w czasie COVID-19. Jest bardzo zadowolony zarówno z obiektu, jak i obsługi. Będę wracał, kiedy tylko to będzie możliwe. Hotel ma lokalizację, która nam odpowiada, niedaleko do głównych miast woj.śląskiego oraz parku między Katowicami, Chorzowem i Siemianowicami. Blisko do jedynego w tym województwie ZOO, Planetarium i Wesołego Miasteczka.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

Dostaliśmy inny pokoj w którym były podobne problemy Jeśli coś nazywa się apartamentem to niedorzeczne jest to żeby w pokoju bo tak tylko można nazwać ten pozal się Boże apartament były brudne ściany,oraz dziury które radośnie spoglądają na Ciebie podczas wejścia do pokoju .Brakujące zaślepki przy listwach przypodlogowych Kubki brudne każdy z innej parafii. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Napuchnięta ościeżnicą w łazience.Papier toaletowy najgorszego sortu. Śmieci pod łóżkiem po poprzednich lokatorach Ramy okienne oraz szyby brudne. Krzesło bez śrub tzn. siedzisko z nóżkami nie tworzyło całości O dzwiekoszczelnosc możecie zapomnieć jest ona tylko z nazwy. Słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce oraz u sąsiadów obok.Wiec jeśli szukacie czegoś więcej to odradzam . Właściciel tego przybytku po negatywnej opinii na booking zaczął do nas wypisywać smsy dziwnej treści .Według naszej oceny chyba próbował nas zastraszyć

Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Idealny na imprezę w Spodku. Pokoje wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy i jest nawet czajnik z herbatkami czy kawą. Na recepcji też można sobie kupić jakieś przekąski. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pod hotelem parking, ale trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować

Arrived in a large prebooked group whilst on way to deliver aid. Room was great except air conditioning broken. Only one restaurant staff working who ignored our 1 hour wait for service only to serve a number of local customers who arrived after us. After 2 hours we ended up ordering McDonald's via Uber. Still no one came to take our order.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.
