The shower head is a bit dirty I’d say. The room is ok spacious and clean though.

place was nice, clean and big. service staff were kind and polite, and helped us in pointing out nearby attractions. will need to uber back, and is not walking distance from the centre of town.

It's far from the centre or Siena so you will have to do some navigating to get to and from the main attractions. The service was pretty deficient, I bought this new years buffet and they were definitely rude while selling and while serving it to me. They offered no instructions on what to do even though I tried my best with my 3-yr old boy italian, and they kept asking for some ticket that one of the waitress had already taken from me. It's supposed to be a 4-stars hotel and I paid over 300 Euro for one night but they kept acting as if I was going to steal a bottle of water (which was supposed to be included in that really bad 35euro buffet). Food was, honestly, less than 1 out of 5. I can easily make something better without knowing how to cook. At night, I could hear my neighbors snoring and talking. Walls are paper thin. So if noises bother you at all, you better hope the people nearby don't snore or decide to have ******** or some late night argument. My recommendation is to simply avoid this place. I'm sure you can easily find way better options nearby.

Great hotel and nice environment

A truly excellent hotel chain. Free parking, quick check-in, and no problem with children. It has an outdoor pool and is a 10-minute drive from the city. Highly recommended.

This hotel is within expectations! But it can also be said to be unexpected! Every staff at the front desk treated us politely, warmly and thoughtfully. The room environment plus the mid-mountain! The olive trees in the yard are carefully decorated and I like it very much
