I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Sienna, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The room exceeded my expectations, providing a cozy retreat with all the amenities one could desire. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was evident, contributing to an overall delightful stay. My husband and I have now stayed at Hotel Garden Siena a couple of times, first earlier this year, and then during our wedding period in August 2023. We had our wedding in Florence but hosted our welcome dinner for wedding guests at Hotel Garden Siena, and had many of our guests staying there throughout our wedding period. Gianluigi and his team were absolutely phenomenal, and went above and beyond to make our stay and the stay of our guests perfect. The welcome dinner in the downstairs space was stunning, the staff were amazing and the food was so good. The views from the hotel are wonderful and the rooms make for a very comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, strong water pressure, and a lovely breakfast. There was plenty of parking and it's really easy to get into Siena from the hotel. We are so so grateful for the whole team, and want to thank them and Gianluigi for making our wedding period so special.

My stay at Sangallo Park Hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

這裏的優勢在於距離火車站走路14分鐘，非常方便。走路去錫耶納老城區20分鐘，能接受。現在價格美麗，非常感人。 環境超讚，早上在花園裡看到小鹿，經理自豪介紹説今年新出生四個鹿寶寶。瞬間感覺這地方人傑地靈，特別適合出創意、出作品、出成果。 每天清晨一開窗，山坡上清新空氣灌進房間，人頭腦清楚，靈感迸發，煥然一新，是個暫時遠離喧囂閉關修煉的好選擇。 8點早餐，不是自助，需要提前一天告訴經理吃什麼，她們好準備，每天一進餐廳就看到早餐整整齊齊地在桌上放好了，服務到位。 餐廳牆上是經理uncle手工製作的登山杖，每一個都根據樹枝的天然形狀做成小動物形象，點塗出眼睛，活靈活現的，很是招人喜歡，據説超多人買。 房間裏的佈置、傢俱、設施都是濃濃意式風情，有些復古情調，老物件舊舊的讓人很安心。安全衞生，毫無後顧之憂。12月的意大利温度看着十幾度，但一下雨外面還是感到濕冷，房間裏暖氣很足，地上都是暖的，能光腳走。 這裏接待過很多中國遊客，經理拚命學習中國不同省份的人有哪些主要的不同習慣和偏好，可是發現中國幅員遼闊人員眾多，她一直學不明白，哈哈好可愛。 語言不是障礙，真正讓人順暢溝通的在於一顆心，在這裏我感受到了。希望下次還能來好好住一段時間。

My wife and I spent three nights here on our honeymoon trip to Italy. The villa is very nice, well-kept, clean and not too far from Siena and other small towns in Tuscany. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom especially was well-appointed. We truly enjoyed sitting in the lounge having aperitif and cocktails each night, and one night had a yummy dinner in the on-site restaurant. What I really want to highlight is the hotel's staff. In particular, Elena, who checked us in and was at the front desk our first two days, was absolutely wonderful. From showing us a map and marking parking and sites in Siena, to calling cabs for us (about 15 euro to Siena) but she truly went above and beyond finding a few activities for us to do on one of our days there. She researched and booked a private horseback ride which was great but what was OUTSTANDING was the private cheese tasting she arranged for us at Podere S. Anna Organic Caseificio Company based in Radi. The breakfast was very nice, and bacon and scrambled eggs are included with no extra charge if you ask for them. The rest of the staff was also excellent, we saw the same people each day and they all made us feel at home at Villa Scacciapensieri.
