A lovely homestay this. Staff are very helpful to guests in assisting for tuktuk rides early for sunrise or organizing safari tours. The free breakfast was great too, as was the traditional rice & curry requested at dinner time. The location is great, plus it's a lovely environment to relax on a hammock with a can of Lion after a long day.

Excellent little family run guesthouse. The owners helped us so much by giving us advice on when to see the Lion Rock and Pidurangula, drove us around in their tuk tuk when we needed it and provided us with a delicious dinner and breakfast! Would definitely reccomend for anyone wanting to stay in Sigiriya. Clean and friendly!

Lovely home stay, Baggi was friendly, helpful & accommodating and it is a great spot with a beautiful garden. The walls are thin though so take ear plugs if you are sensitive sound but otherwise I enjoyed my time here.

First of all, my choice was good.
I requesed a taxi service from Corombo airport to this hotel. The cost was 25000LKR≒72USD. It's not expensive. It was around 3hours drive.
Located is near from Sigiriya.You might be able to go there on your foot, but I rent a hotel's bicycle. It was easy to reach there. The cost was FREE.So nice!
I had two days breakfast, the cost was very cheap. but taste was gorgeous. It might be Sri Lanka cuisine. It became my good members.
The staffs are Family menber. They all very friendly and kindness. They made my trip.
Extremely Satisfied!!

Beautiful homestay in Sigiriya and really nice stuff. We had the best rice and curry here!! Sehr schönes kleines Familienhotel in Sigiriya und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben hier das beste Rice and Curry gegessen!!

Some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka. The family couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay easy and without hassle. It is no surprise that one guest staying there at the same time as us had stayed for 20 days. It is in the perfect location and only a short walk to Lion Rock and other restaurants. One of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka.

Lovely. Great family run home stay. Provide good rooms and food for a reasonable price. Family are decent people and we felt safe. Home stay is close to town and rock. We hired scooters to drive around. Lots of natural life - elephants/ birds etc

Palitha homestay is a homestay in Sigiriya. I thought that it was amazing, pretty much clean and near the turistic places. The service was also impecable and the wifi was the fastest we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The only drawback that maybe doesn’t bother some people but it bothered me was that the bathroom seemed to be a frogmaking machine. Frogs would come from everywhere, from inside the toilet mostly, from the windows that had a little space… I know in Sri Lanka is typicall to find frogs in your bathroom but that was like 7 frogs a day and I was even scared to use the toilet and have a frog appear while I was seating.
