Ulasan Luna Koh Rong

It’s really nice hotel for those who like privacy. Resort has their own beach and swimming pool . The staff were friendly and always helpful with our needs . In the evening was a little bit boring cause there were no any other entertainment- no tv in room or projector elsewhere in resort .

The location is absolutely beautiful! Great views, right on the beach and quiet. The pictures however need to be updated. The terrain surrounding the Hotel is a bit rough. They need to upgrade their furniture and redo some of the walkways. There is no path from the main road to reach the Hotel (cars can't use it, so we had to carry our bags through mud and diet to get there).The room was okay, not as clean as I would have liked, dirty flipflops were left in the room for guests to use. The bathroom is very outdated and needs to be renovated. The beach chairs were filthy too Also, the pool looked green to me, I wouldn't have used . After seeing some Hotels nearby, we decided to cancel our stay and the manager and staff kindly agreed. It's so sad because I do think that with some care and upgrades this Hotel would be absolutely stunning.

The beach was my favourite on the island, 0 litter and beautiful sand and water. The food in the hotel was also excellent and definitely catered for western food so we enjoyed this, staff were also very helpful and nice. The location is far from any shops and taxis/ tut tut are expensive at $10 each way, but can understand with the island being so remote. If you enjoy to relax on a beach with little activity this is perfect for you.

Perfect for a romantic getaway. Or just to relax by the seaside. Amazing views. Secluded and private location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible service, tasty food and clean white-sand beach - best resort in Koh Rong ☺️

La chambre est assez vieillot pourtant il y a beaucoup de potentiel sur cet hôtel.. Ce n’est pas le meilleur coin de koh rong, très peu animé. Aucun tuk tuk donc si vous n’avez pas de moyens de location et que vous voulez visiter l ile le mieux n’est pas ce coin la. Le personnel et assez sympathique surtout une jeune dame qui elle seule je pense pourrais répondre à vos besoins. Néanmoins la plage est magnifique et des kayak est padel est mis gratuitement à disposition.

Unexpected beauty and amazing friendly staff - our rooms were spacious and very clean and the pool so relaxing after a fun day visiting the island. Complimentary breakfast was filling and great coffees. 3 ladies from Canada, would definitely recommend this resort.

Pros: - friendly staff - good food - nice beach and pool - free paddleboard and kayak Cons: - very firm bed - dirty bathrooms with bad smell - messy yard - high prices for food In conclusion, the rooms needs restoration or at least a proper cleaning, especially the bathrooms.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. The food was really nice, and the bedroom itself was gorgeous, with a big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. However, when we attempted to have a shower before check out, the water stopped working. My wife, having just put conditioner in her hair, didn’t want to just check out without washing it out as this could damage her hair. I inquired about the water at reception and they said wait for 10 minutes for them to repair it. I returned in 15 minutes as the water still wasn’t working. They said they couldn’t get it fixed for another hour, but gave us a large container of water to wash my wife’s hair, for which we were grateful. While the pool looked nice, there was a green plastic fencing stretching across the back which made seeing the spectacular beach view from the pool near impossible, which was disappointing. Regardless, the staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful at all times, and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

I really enjoy the friendly of smiles of the staff here especially Ms. Sokhan Provided the best services to us. I feel like home. Luna is nice and quiet great place to relax from work. For me easy easy to go around because staff gives all the directions.

The location is beautiful…one walls out of one room into the beach… but the rooms are a lot more worse for wear than the photos show. The bathroom looks old and not inviting. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We did ask for a refund and the manager kindly accepted our request…thank you. The reception we got on arrival: the person at reception appeared disinterested and that makes a negative impression from the get go.
