We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Staying here is good, have a lot of good views so relaxing. We enjoyed a lot, special the food on your restaurant is so good. But the only thing is the heating is not working properly but all goods. We will see you again next time.

Staff are so accommodating. We booked last minute and the still accommodated us. Room we book is so spacious. Big bed is comfortable. Peacefull . Will come back soon.

スタッフの人たちは親切でしたが 暖かいお湯が出なくてほんと残念でした。 部屋は窓やドア閉めていても虫だらけでした常に誰かに見られてる感じのする不思議な部屋で寝れなかった

他們有很多種房間，不要住最貴的，低端房性價比很高。游泳池還不錯，餐廳也能接受，還能租單車園區內騎。交通是個麻煩事，最好自己有車。

If you need a place to rest, relax, swim and unwind, this place is great since its just a 1 to 2-hour drive from the metro. Check in was a breeze (but might get busy during peak season) We got the superior room and it was really spacious (like a family of 4 would fit comfortably, provided with extra beds) The staff were really helpful too. Food was just okay though. Will visit again for sure. Your money's worth it.

Amazing place. Very relaxing. All the employees are so hospitable. Hope they maintain and improve the cleanliness of the area. Food is good. Just need to improve the cleanliness of the public bathroom. But overall it was amazing. Specially the s'mores at night. Will definitely go back.

My wife surprised me with a stay at this resort. I was always telling her that I've always wanted to go here since I keep seeing ads of it pop up online. The place is itself is beautiful and serene. The rooms are so cozy and spacious. Especially the bath area - oh it's always the first place I look at whenever I travel. Although the rooms need a little refurbishing, it still was a relaxing trip :) The jacuzzi and bathtub were a nice touch 👌 Only downside for me here is that you can't have the food charged to your room bill. So there is no way to pay via card on f&b. They were kind enough to offer room service since we had our kids with us; even though it wasn't their practice. As I believe they highly discourage taking your meals in the rooms. All in all - I would recommend this. Will be sure to go back, hopefully the rooms will be refurbished then :)
