Hotel berhampiran Lagoa dos Salgados, Pêra

We stayed here for a week commencing Saturday 06 May 2023 (2 couples). This is a really nice hotel with plenty of space, and the whole resort is spotlessly clean. We were welcomed on arrival by some very friendly staff. We arrived about 11.30am, but the rooms were not to be available until 16:00. However, if I gave my mobile number, they would call me as soon as they were ready. We went off for a drink at the Pool bar and received the call about 13:00...excellent. Our room was a Garden/Pool view room (with partial sea views). As far as I am aware, this was a standard room. The room was huge, and had ample storage space. Very comfortable king size bed. Rain shower with separate toilet with bidet. Kettle with coffee and tea (decaffeinated coffee available from reception). There is also a small fridge. The balcony has two seats and a table. Daily maid service. Towels and bed-linen changed at request. Our package was Half Board which meant that breakfast and lunch was taken in the Ocean Buffet restaurant. There was one other Restaurant available: Prima Donna Restaurant (more on this later). The food in the buffet restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and good quality (It's hard to produce excellent quality on this scale). The service staff in this restaurant were also very good and attentive. The Pool Bar, which is only open during the day, is an al-la-carte restaurant serving a good range of very good food. Good service and friendly staff. You can order as little as 1 bucket of chips, and also share meals. We found this a food way of keeping the cost of meals down at lunchtime, when we didn't require much anyway. Prima Donna restaurant: This is offered as an alternative to the Buffet in the evening. The hotel will allow you €15.00 per person against the cost of the menu. For us, this restaurant was very disappointing as there is very little by way of an Italian atmosphere. The food was OK, but not worth spending the extra on. The staff inn here were, in my view, pretty inexperienced and without the personality you might expect in an Italian restaurant. This is definitely an area where the hotel could do better. There is a small amount of entertainment which takes place three nights a week in the lobby bar. The guitarist on Monday was quite good, the female singer on Wednesday was really good, and the male singer on Thursday (I think) needed to inject a bit more feeling and life into his act. The bar service in this area was usually slow, saved only by the personality of the barmen. Special praise should go to Carlos Santos who was always attentive and with a great personality. There is an excellent beach about 10 minutes from the hotel alnog a wooden walkway. I have two complaints: The cost of the drink was on a par with what you would purchase on George Street in Edinburgh. The other is that water should be provided free of charge in a resort like this, as water is an essential part of this type of holi

My partner and I stayed for four nights mid-July. It was our third visit, and certainly won't be our last. The hotel maintains incredibly high standards of cleanliness both within the hotel and around the pool area. It is truly a boutique property, always maintaining a calm elegance that makes staying there feel very special. Staff are very friendly and helpful (with special thanks to Luisa, Eva, Susana and Ricardo), the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious, as is dinner. The beach is just across the road, but we mainly stayed by the hotel pool which is an oasis of style and tranquillity. Highly recommended!

Very good and clean hotel. Nice and rich breakfast. Everything you need - great location and close to amazing beaches, outdoor and indoor pools, spa, gym, tennis,bar, live music, etc. Daily cleaning and changing towels and sheets if necessary. Very friendly and helping staff. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with our two children and baby. Was so comfortable and cozy. Downside - street parking. There was always a lot to park, but in high season would be difficult.

I stayed with my family for 5 days at this Hotel, our experience was excellent, the service was very good, the rooms had plenty of space and the facilities were also new, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The pool was super cold, we weren't able to enjoy it, even the indoor pool was too cold for our taste. There is a supermarket nearby, the beach nearby was very calm and full of families. The restaurant was also very good and the chef made adaptations for me since I don't eat gluten or lactose. We just missed a play ground for the children. We will be back next year for sure

This is my 2nd time there and it was another good trip. I can't give it 5 stars for a couple of minor niggles but, overall, it's very good. It's a very nice resort, the accommodation is very nice, if slightly functional, and the people are warm and friendly. The villas tend to have private pools and the apartments share pools, which also have a small bar and plenty of shade. The 'sun loungers' are cheap plastic, which is a bit disappointing, but it's not a big deal. The resort is quite spread out but they offer a free shuttle bus from early in the morning until 11pm at night, so it's not an issue. You phone up from your room and they are there in minutes. Breakfast is very nice and fresh with a decent selection of the usual hot food, cereal, fruit, pastries etc. The lunch menu in the clubhouse is the same as dinner but that's fine as most people either eat in their apartments/villas or go off-site to the multiple restaurants within a 15 min drive. The bedrooms in the two bed apartments are small. We were 4 male golfers and one of the rooms was so small that, with the beds next to each other, you could barely open the cupboards. The other room (the en-suite) was slightly bigger. Our bathroom shower drain was blocked and flooded the room on the last day but I guess that could have been an isolated issue. One thing I don't like is that, with the 3 night package, there is no housekeeping and they don't change the towels. That's very odd to me. I actually called them on day 3 to ask for new towels which they agreed to but they never turned up. In terms of the golf, I know they've had very little rain since April and they are not allowed to water any part of the course other than tee's, fairways and greens. Not an issue I hear you say, but the tees are very lush to the point of ridiculous (they just need to be cut) and anywhere other than the middle of the fairway is very very dry. The plus is that the greens are superb, other than all the unrepaired pitchmarks, but that's not their fault! I was there in the middle of July so it was hot, but the advantage is that it was quiet. I've been there in high season and you are staring at a 5.5/6hr round. This time we were round in 4 hrs. What a pleasure. If you can deal with the 35c, then it's cracking. I will be rebooking for 2025.

Acho que deveria haver uma limpeza a fundo em cada troca de hóspedes. As toalhas e lençóis têm muitas manchas de sujidade. A limpeza nos recantos das casas é escassa, encontramos sempre teias de aranha, aranhas mortas e outros bichos. Em 7 dias, disseram-nos que haveria troca de toalhas dia sim dia não e isso não aconteceu. Apenas trocaram de toalhas 1 vez, sendo que tivemos de ir à receção pedir novas. Não tinhamos um tapete à entrada de casa o que fez com que levassemos sujidade da rua para dentro. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e atenciosos, as piscinas maravilhosas e a localização perto de supermercados é muito boa.

리뷰가 극과극으로 갈리는 곳.. 가보니 이유를 알겠습니다 시설, 서비스는 좋아요 수영장에 세탁건조기(성능은 영) 사우나 스파까지 무료로 이용 가능하고 건물구조가 특이허지만(1,8층 리셉션, 엘베 2대 갈아타기 등)적응하면 괜찮습니다 저희는 택시가 길을 못 찾아서 캐리어끌고 언덕을 올랐는데, 1층 리셉션은 spar 마트쪽에 있어요. 친절하긴 한데 에어컨 고장으로 2번이나 불렀는데도 안와서 그냥 포기했습니다 여기는 올드타운 한가운데, 사실 위치보고 예약했는데 그야말로 클럽거리 한가운데 있어서 숙소 안에 있어도 밤새 콘서트장에서 지내는 기뷴입니다 방음이 안되어 새벽 5시까지는 함께 즐기셔야해요 이 소음이 외국분 리뷰 표현처럼 어나더레벨ㅋㅋ입니다 세계여행 하는데 여긴 참 애매해요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식도 나쁘지 않은데 그냥 애매합니다…. 개인적으로는 알부페이라 딱 이 골목만 아니면 덜 시끄럽고 좋을듯 해요!!

Malgré un emplacement génial en Algarve, et un personnel attentionné une immense déception pour cet établissement. Nous avons réservé 2 nuits. Le soir de la première nuit nous sommes arrivés tard , nous avons pris possession de la chambre. Le sol était humide ainsi que les draps et la salle de bain. Nous nous sommes dit que le ménage venait d'être effectué et que la chambre n'avez pas été aéré depuis longtemps au vu de l'odeur. Petit désagrément aussi l'eau de la douche était froide. Au petit matin mal à la gorge, de la condensation sur les murs où coulaient des gouttes, nos sacs humides, le sol mouillé, quel plaisir .... Nous avons laissé la fenêtre ouverte en nous disant que le deuxième soir ce serait réglé. Et là surprise! Exactement comme le matin l'eau des serpillères en plus au sol. Nous sommes allés à la réception pour changer de chambre ou être remboursés. On nous informe que l'étage supérieur est en travaux et que ça doit être une infiltration d'eau. On nous propose la chambre à coté, exactement le même problème. Ainsi qu'une troisième chambre. La direction nous propose enfin une suite dans un autre endroit. Nous demandons le remboursement des 2 nuits au vu de l'expérience. Seule la deuxième nuit nous sera remboursé. Nous quittons donc l'hôtel avant la fin du séjour et terminerons les vacances avant l'heure sur cette touche désagréable. Nous déconseillons fortement pour LES PERSONNES ASTHMATIQUES ainsi qu'en basse saison et surtout lorsque la météo est pluvieuse ou humide. Dommage l'hôtel a l'air d'avoir du potentiel pour la belle saison. Pour ce genre d'établissement grande déception. Merci au personnel d'accueil d'avoir fait au mieux pour régler le problème.

We got a deal on this place so decided to take the gamble and go. We were not disappointed. We loved it. The place is in the middle of no where but that didn't bother us. There is a minibus service early morning and late afternoon but to be honest Uber is only 7 euros into the town. Fab pool area that wasn't crowded and loved the pool bar and eatery. The villa was up 3 flights of stairs but again that didn't bother us because the villa was massive and clean. The staff are also very nice and helpful. There are 2 or 3 bars a half a mile away and walking on an evening was a pleasure. We also walked to the beach which takes a good 30 minutes but we enjoyed the walk. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite the site gates and a fantastic restaurant on the beach, but beware, they are very expensive. You will struggle to keep a meal for 2 under 150 euros in either of them. The 2 or 3 bars nearby mainly do pizza and a pizza is circa 15 euros. This isolation of this place won't be for everyone, but we loved it and will be back.
