Hotel is at the centre of city Batu Pahat.Check in is fast.Hotel provide free parking.The staffs are friendly.room is big ,provide TV and WiFi is fast.

The service was good. The room is clean too. Their Serindit restaurant's food were tasty and affordable price too. There is no doubt that I will repeat my stay here.

Limited parking. Staff friendly and pleasant. Room clean , towels provided clean and amenities acceptable. 2 bottles of 500ml RO water provided a bit unpleasant taste and it’s from Sibu. 🤔 Overall score : 7/10

Located outside the busy street. So, can avoid traffic in Batu Pahat. Chinese food court opposite the hotel and famous mee bandung (Pak Leh) is within walking distance. Ample parking available.

You get what you pay, normal hotel at Batu Pahat. There are better hotel at BP, but at the same time there are worse hotel at BP compared to Pelican Hotel as well.

Was bitten by bed bugs and my right arm was very itching and swollen. My wife suffered the same consequence. Hope the hotel management will look into this issue and get professional to deal with it.

I am quite surprised with the room.. Clean, spacious and near the Pokok Sena Restaurant who serve one of tje best nasi beryani in Batu Pahat

The hotel is in an older facility/building, but it’s well-maintained, the rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable. A pleasant surprise for the price.

The only negative is the loud motorcycle noise at night as we were staying in the room that faced the main road.
