Hotel Sindelfingen dengan Bar

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, 2 Personen mit Hund. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Mitarbeiter entschuldigten sich mehrfach dafür, das gerade umgebaut würde und das Restaurant und der Frühstücksraum nicht zur Verfügung standen. Wir bekamen für 80€ ein Comfortzimmer was sehr sauber und geräumig war, wir hatte für deutlich mehr Geld schon richtig schlechte Zimmer. Hier noch ein ganz großes Lob an das Personal, hier ist wohl von allen Mitarbeitern das gute Laune Paket gebucht worden. So viel Freundlichkeit haben wir selten erlebt, der Chef dieser Mitarbeiter kann sich glücklich schätzen diese Menschen im Team zu haben. Uns wurde zum Essen das Paulaner um die Ecke empfohlen was sich auch als Volltreffer erwiesen hat. Abends nahmen wir noch ein Getränk an der Bar. Die Nacht (Zimmer nicht zur Straße) war sehr angenehm und die Betten sehr gut. Am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir noch ein Lunchpaket (im Preis inbegriffen) mit auf den Heimweg, was uns die Rückfahrt versüßt hat. Hier übernachten wir gerne wieder

Arrival Experience: As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a warm welcome with complimentary breakfast and lounge access, though no welcome drink was provided. Free parking is available a short walk away, or you can opt for on-site parking for a fee. The check-in process was a bit slow. Rooms: We stayed in two separate rooms as no connecting rooms were available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location: The hotel is located in a Daimler group city, not very close to Stuttgart. The drive from Stuttgart is slow and takes at least 30 minutes, so plan accordingly. Despite its proximity to a main road, there was no road noise. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good, offering a solid continental spread with some German specialties, including omelettes and a variety of meats. The staff was helpful and kind. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor seating. Overall, the breakfast is in line with 5-star hotel standards. Executive Lounge: This was probably the most disappointing executive lounge I’ve visited in Europe. It is quite small(up to probably max 20-25 people) and very crowded, mostly with long-term guests. During our weekend visit, spaghetti was the only hot dish offered, with no soup or other warm options. While the lounge is clean and adheres to Marriott’s design standards, the limited offerings were a letdown. According to Tripadvisor, there aren’t any alternative options within a few kilometers apart from the hotel’s own steakhouse. Problems: We encountered no issues during our stay. Departure: Billing was accurate and handled promptly. Kid Activities: There is no kids club or nearby public park for children. Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend in Stuttgart, but I would recommend finding a hotel closer to the city. While the staff was very kind and engaged, the hotel’s location is not ideal for Stuttgart tourists, and the executive lounge was quite disappointing (though the lounge staff, particularly one gentleman who may have been of Indian descent, was very polite and kind). Despite the free breakfast for Bonvoy elite members, I don't think it is of good value for Stuttgart tourists.

Sehr nettes Hotel, eher schlicht, aber mit allem nötigen Komfort und guten Matratzen. Ruhig. Auffallend freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, das sehr bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm zu machen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was zum Frühstück gehören könnte - gleich ob herb oder süß, auch für Veganer sehr gute Auswahl. Und auch hier wieder reizendes Personal.

I had a 1.5 weeks stay with this hotel. Customer service pretty mediocre. I would definitely not recommend for long stay. Some of the unpleasant experiences include: 1. I was told that the laundry service provided is the same day collection service. However, they are only back to me three days later. Part of the delay was due to hotel staff’s failure to check return laundry. 2. Blackout “three” times while I was in my room resting and having dinner. No electricity during the period and hotel staff failed to notify me (which I have requested for over the phone) once the blackout was over. Do not expect any services or support from the hotel staff just like any 1 star hotels. You are pretty much on your own.

Location: 45/100 Rather unfortunate location, in a city close to the motorway but not so easy to reach, moreover in a busy street. Furthermore, my room on the first floor overlooked a small street where there was a mechanical workshop which started working around 6.30 in the morning, waking me up to the noise. Parking: 60/100 The outdoor parking costs 8€, quite expensive for an outdoor parking in a small town. Service: 80/100 Quick and efficient service. Rooms: 89/100 Spacious room for a hotel of this category. Comfortable beds. Stylish furniture and toilette. Medium size towels. Impeccable cleaning. Breakfast: 88/100 Very good breakfast with self service food and drinks which include nearly everything you would love for breakfast (except for fresh fruit) Price 88/100: Good price, and very good value for money. Overall verdict: 75/100

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).
