Great hotel with affordable rates. We were surprised to receive a welcome surprise for our anniversary as we were not expecting much for a 2 star hotel and yet they go way beyond to make it special. Thank you to the very accommodating receptionist and staff who are very helpful with our questions and inquiries. The hotel is very near the bus stops like 1-2 minute walk which is very convenient if your mode of transportation is via bus. The room is decent, and worth the price as we are not that very particular on the size of the room since we know we'll be out most of the time. There's a tv with HBO channel, hot and cold shower, plus bottled water,coffee and tea can be refilled even everyday upon request We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Singapore.

Exceptional Stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. Check-In/Out: The check-in process was swift and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles (Jassica and Kai) and made sure all my needs were met efficiently. The checkout process was equally smooth, making my departure just as pleasant as my arrival. After checkout I forgot my phone at hotel room, they immediately connected me, I was at air port then, gone back and took phone come back. I must thank for this quick information from hotel (especially Mr. Kei) thank you. Room Quality: My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s design, from the plush furnishings to the elegant lighting, was impressive. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. On the right hand side you see Dominos which gives great Pizza (Especially great Veg Pizza). Shopping Center is at walkable distance. Service: The level of service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location: The Grandview Hotel’s location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the local sights or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall Experience: My stay at Fragrance Hotel - Oasis was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made it a standout choice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience and a home-away-from-home ambiance. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Everything is okay about this hotel and our stay: great location, friendly staff, hot and cold water. The only complaint i have is that the room is tiny. I brought work with me but had a hard time because the desk and stool provided was very small. Almost no space for luggage, the AC also broke when we were checked in and caused condensation so bad the the floor and walls got wet. Our clothes and bed got damp. We reported this to the staff and was transferred to another room which fixed the problem.

Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik oleh hotel. Semua jika baik bermula dari penyambut tetamu , bilik hotel dan juga semua fungsi peralatan . Mereka juga menyediakan peralatan mandian . Sangat mudah untuk mengakses bas, akan kembali. Oh juga berdekatan dengan restorant ABC maju, makanan sangat sedap

Room very small but night time other rooms door nock sound disturb many single can stay but families can't stay

Love staying here although its my first time booking here. Honestly its better than Studio M. The aircon here is better than those other hotels. I love it so much. The atmosphere here also good. Will definitely come back here . n highly recommended..

The Room is good we have book many time. Worth the stay. Near by you can breakfast just below the hotel. The room is quiter better than some 4 star hotel

Got upgraded room with window. Clean room every day. The staffs are so friendly and smile all the time. I’ll be back again to SG and stay in this hotel. Super recommended 👍🏻✨✨
