Hotel Heritage Collection di Singapore

I had a fantastic stay at Heritage Collection on City Hall! The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring Singapore’s top attractions. A special thanks to Mae, Shannen, and Ryan for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From pre-arrival communication to post-checkout follow-ups, their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! If you’re looking for a well-located, affordable, and service-oriented accommodation in Singapore, this is definitely a great choice. I hope to stay here again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Victoria. The room features a modern and cozy design - compact yet thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable overall. The toilet is slightly small, but it’s clean, functional, and equipped with all the modern essentials you’d expect. Since the property is quite new, everything feels fresh and spotless. All the basic necessities were provided, though do note that toiletries such as toothbrush/toothpaste isn’t included - not a big issue, but good to know if you’re planning a stay. The check-in process is digital, and as long as you complete it beforehand, it’s seamless and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Divina, Dolly, and the Digital Concierge Yani for being so attentive and helpful throughout my stay - their warm hospitality really made a difference! Overall, a very positive experience - I’d definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Victoria for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable stay in Singapore.

Perfect location right in the heart of Chinatown with 2 MRT stations nearby: Chinatown and Maxwell MRTs We booked the Premium Suite which was a little bit better in space equipped with a washing and drying machine as well as a small kitchen Mary was excellent in her service and we were pleased with her commitment to finding solutions. Yani and Mary replies were quickly made, so it was an edge if I had to compare the experience to Heritage Pagoda Negative point: No lifts if you have some luggage this might be an inconvenience Would definitely recommend both places: Chinatown and Pagoda based on our experiences

Our 3-night stay at Heritage Collection Boat Quay was very comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my wife, and we really appreciated the convenience—the nearest MRT station is Clarke Quay, just a 10-minute walk away. From here, it’s pretty easy to access all parts of Singapore. The staff were incredibly accommodating—props to Edmar, Mae and Will for their prompt responses! The automated check-in and check-out system was quiet (and quite) easy, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommended for all travelers. Room is pressy spacious for couples, clean and well ventilated. Just one suggestion: the laundry facility currently operates from 8 AM to 10 PM. Since most guests tend to return to the hotel past 11 PM, it would be great if the laundry service were available 24/7—or at least until midnight.

Everything at this aparthotel is above average. Stylish and neat interior. I stayed in two different rooms and both are exceptionally clean. Terrace in the photo is located on 2/F. Excellent real person customer service and great use of technology from mobile app checkin to digital key. The only thing is real and just be aware if you have big baggage - there are staircases since you enter the front door - because this aparthotel is located at a bustling street with an entrance/exit to Chinatown MRT.

The location is fantastic, being less than 10 minutes from 5 different MRT lines. It's also a stones throw from 2 amazing hawker centres. The space was really clean, even the fridge top was dust free, which made our week long stay very comfortable. The skylight room was very spacious, the AC was powerful, and kitchen is well equipped - no complaints whatsoever.  Mary and the team were very helpful, we had a hiccup at the start (my bad really, I arrived to check in earlier than I had stated) but they accommodated and even gave us a late check out (super nice, really appreciated this!!)

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised. The instructions for registration and check in were clear. Location-wise, just perfect for me, whether I want to take the train or call a taxi, it’s very convenient. A big plus for me as a durian lover coz there’s a durian store just a few meters from the hotel (see pictures).  Awesome support from Edmar, May and Anne! They already “communicated the answers to my questions” before I had a chance to ask them. Thank you!!!

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

The hotel is located in the middle of the two MRT stations, which is convenient to move around, and there are many restaurants to choose from on the trail next to the pier behind, and there is also a good view to watch. The equipment and service of the accommodation manager Kim, Loc, Ryan their service is very good and amiable that make me want to come back to the place where I stay next time.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay
