The location of this hotel is excellent, walking distance to the best restaurants in Singapore, the service was amazing and the staff very friendly, we enjoy the jungle ball room every day and the breakfast was great, highly recommend

We loved this hotel - great location near to metro station and Chinatown - easy access to all tourist attractions - beautiful rooftop pool. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed - the perfect stay!

The reception team are excellence!! And the location is perfect for us, even through it is only 5 mins walk to the train station. The downside is, 5 stars hotel should have body cream and the small towel (hand towel). Anyhow, if I have to come back to SG, I’ll pick this place again.

The hotel is incredibly close to the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of delicious food and snack options right downstairs. The night view from the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning and incredibly photogenic! They also provide complimentary water and coffee in the room, and best of all, no deposit was required. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I'd absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Singapore!

This designer hotel in Singapore boasts a distinctive decor with stylish furniture and well-designed amenities. Perched on a hillside, it features a French-style garden with elegant archways and is surrounded by several Korean bars. On the downside, the rooms are quite small, and the value for money is only average. The lobby is also rather compact. Service was decent, and a nice touch was the ample supply of stylish bottled mineral water. Despite some drawbacks, it brought back some fond memories.

I would like to appreciate the stafts of your hotel including concierge, reception and house keeping, especially Ms. He Hua, who was very helpful and considerate for guests and treated my kids kindly with patient attitude. Her service provided very excellent and make our trip in Singapore more unforgettable and happiness. I think we would like to choose your hotel again next time!

The room was spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool is a fantastic amenity, offering excellent views. Transportation is also incredibly convenient; all the main attractions are easily accessible via the subway, with the station right next door.

The room was great, and 22 square meters was perfectly adequate for our family. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch – it was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. We'll definitely be back next time. It's also very close to Chinatown and Gardens by the Bay. We actually just enjoyed city walks with the kids to get to all these places.

The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff. While the room isn't huge, no deposit was required, and I was automatically given a late checkout until 2 PM. Personally, I found it quite decent, certainly not as bad as some of the online negative reviews suggested. I paid 16xx for my stay. The pool is small and located on the 13th floor. It's a relatively new hotel, approximately 3km from Marina Bay Sands, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Nice boutique style hotel located in a great, convenient location. Nearby Chinatown and lots of restaurants and bars.

I loved the artistic elements that went into the overall decor, and really appreciated that! Apart from that, I didn’t have enough time to explore the hotel for a business travel but it was very decent. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Downside was the parking, which we still had to pay

The location was pretty good, there were nice bars/clubs and affordable food like Maxwell FC. A few minutes walk to Maxwell metro and probably 10 minute walk to Outram metro. The room was decent with ample space to put luggage, and it was nice to have a cushion area to sit around, too. The toilet was too small, with little to no space to move when opening the door to the shower area. There’s no bidet nor heated seats in the toilet bowl. Shower pressure and instant heat were pretty good. The soundproof for the room is decent, and the heavy room door slamming and walking sounds from the rooms above can be heard. The swimming pool is pretty small, probably good for taking photos of the overview of Maxwell and not good as a lap pool with short height and length. The room service was quick to answer my requests, unfortunately, there's no laundromat, but there are laundry services. All in all, for its location and price point, its still quite a good hotel to stay in.

The room was great. For the price, it offered excellent value.
