Wow! The hotel was clean, very comfortable & accessible too 😍

The best hotel i’ve found so far . Clean , tidy and comfortable place . My partner and i love to have ISA Amber as our staycation trip every time . Professional service and would really highly recommend this hotel .

The room is very spacious and very cozy. However the location might be a bit far and not convenient.

very good hotel with affordable price! room design is cute and super clean. they provide microwave and hairdryer too. its near the bus station so its very easy to reach the city center. its also near nice food places in katong. however they ask for a 100 SGD deposit when checking in

Ok ok everyting

Though the price is 3-4 star grade, but it’s one of the worst hotel experience that I ever had. I paid the second cheapest room type as it supposed to have a window, but I turned up to be arranged in the cheapest room type, without any windows, for 5 nights. The hotel placed 2 individual packs of coffee in my room upon check in. But on the third day when I requested the replenishment after finishing 2 packs. , I got a ridiculous reply that each stay only entitled to 2 packs! Again this is the first-ever hotel stay experience in my entire life. The room rate cost over HK$900/night which I can’t even get 1 extra pack of instant coffee?! Furthermore, no one came tidy up my room throughout the 5-night stay. And the in-room TV has no local TV channels. Only if you have your own Netflix or Disney Channel account, otherwise, please expect you’ll stay in a no-window, no TV-programme room for your entire journey.

No lift. Hard to handle luggage. No shower door/curtain. The window are not regular ones. Tiny and not transparent. It’s hard to stay in for a long while. It offers washer facilities for SG$5 each load.

Decent stay with the value prices. Receptions is not 24/7 but still responsive. Hotel is newly renovated with clean facilities

There were a few cockroach in the room.other than that everything else was ok.

Believe this is a new serviced residence, there are pros and cons. The pros: current renovation looks new & modern, so far no cockroaches (only antsss), price is reasonably cheap, and seems soundproof cause can’t hear anything at night. The cons, I can see the maintenance is not up to standard, if they continue with current standard of maintenance, 5 years later this place will become worst than a budget hotel. For eg. The toilet is not thoroughly clean and ventilation is not proper, room is so small it will get humid easily. Another cons, location is not near to MRT, you have to either take bus, else just call the grab. The rest like service, environment & room size so far is acceptable since it’s within a budget range, don’t expect for top level service. For us, we don’t mind paying the grab, so overall it’s still a worth to stay for 2 nights short stay.
