5/5TerbaikIt was a great staying experience with great location, clean room and great pool for a relax swim. Had dinner at winestone with great food and wine. Service was excellent throughout. Will be back again. Highly recommended to stay.

4.2/5BagusNot my first time staying in this hotel in Steven Road. They have bus transfer to orchard road and mrt station so good for those who dont drive. It has a classy reception area with crystal hanging from the ceiling. This time round not sure if they have change to another lobby scent. Personally i do not like it… one had to wait for awhile to check in as there were many guests. Room is clean and all the room amenities are available. Maybe Accor could look into changing the towels as some are fraying off. Notice that this time round the lifts are very stuffy and it s seem to have no fan blowing in it. My second time having breakfast in Food exchange but this time is huge disappointment. The varieties has been reduced slightly. The section for porridge , dimsum… the stove is not really working. Hence the food is not hot. Compared to first time round, i dont think i will want to spend my money here.

4/5BagusRoom is acceptably clean and spacious enough. Shower is great with good water pressure that I love. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in bottle dispensers are also well appreciated, unlike tiny bottles provided by other hotels usually. Room has no bathrobe and bottled water though. Pillows, bed, duvet and couch are comfortable. I like the infinity swimming pool with pool chairs slightly submerged in water. Would be better if they have changing rooms and steambaths by the pool. Counter staff were ok but not very experienced or friendly. One of them behaved quite aloof. I broke a drinking glass when I tried to wash it. It broke really easily after it toppled sideways on the sink and i had to pay $15 for it. Probably should change to stronger glasses.
