Back for 2nd staycation on my birthday upon request of my daughter. Staffs are always wearing smiling face and very friendly. The only thing bad was the curtain's not working the next morning, recovery was fast - changed room as they would require sometime to get the motor fixed. Otherwise everything else are great!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Complimentary coffee in the lounge. Nice breakfast. Simply love its own brand of toiletries.

Love the strategic location, size of the room and huge TV 😍 Good deal considering it is inclusive of breakfast. Will definitely recommend to others!

Positives: - Stunning architecture and decor - robot barista that provides complementary coffee and milk all day - excellent service by all staff - lovely corner room with double windows with stunning views and allows lots of natural light into the room - kitchenette is useful (especially the additional sink, microwave and cutleries) - capsule coffee Electronic blinds - Bose Bluetooth speaker - tv comes with Netflix and YouTube preloaded (need to sign in own account - Chromecast (but wasn’t working for me) - eco friendly amenities like wooden toothbrush - toilet amenities aplenty - very comfortable bed - room comes with yoga mat and umbrella - stunning room top infinity pool Negatives - no bath tub - limited parking lots (as of now, b1 only. B2 under Reno) - non carpeted flooring may not be to everyone’s liking

Service was average. Room was standard but breakfast can be improved. Bacon was dry, croissant was average, poached eggs were almost hard boiled. Call to hotel number was difficult to get through, only got through on my third attempt.

Lovely beautiful contemporary modern hotel. Nice room size and rain shower. Bed was comfortable but the toilet cover has some unremovable stains on it. There is also not much privacy of the room as there are close tall buildings nearby. Infinity pool was awesome and the lobby is grand with a huge LED screen and automated coffee robot place. Location is good in the middle of Orchard road. Love coming back to the room and rain shower after a day.

Had an enjoyable stay at Como! The hotel is very new! So everything in the room is in tip top condition. Absolutely love the bed and duvet. Tv can be swiveled out and there is netflix! Love the overall feel of the room. Neutral colours with wood elements and warm lightings. Very homely. Our Emerald King room was spacious. Shower pressure is great! Staff service was also great! Wouldnt mind coming back again if there is ptomotion!

Our stay at COMO surpassed all expectations. The warm welcome from the service crew set the tone for a fantastic experience. While the check-in process took a bit of time, likely due to a shortage of manpower, the team ensured our comfort by offering coffee and tea prepared by the Bionic Barista. The wait was pleasant, and the hassle-free check-in, complete with pre-prepared forms brought to our seat, made the process smooth. To our delight, a complimentary room upgrade was an unexpected highlight. The hotel's excellence is truly defined by its impeccable service and the quality of the rooms. Our accommodations were not only extremely clean but also provided the perfect blend of comfort, coziness, and ample space. Essential items were readily available, and the added perk of complimentary bar snacks and drinks added a delightful touch. The spacious and elegantly designed bathroom with a rain shower was a notable highlight. For those who enjoy moonlit moments, the sky pool offers a serene setting with plenty of seats to lie down and soak in the moonlight. The infinity pool, complemented by the adjacent sky bar, adds to the overall allure. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with a special recommendation for the Coconut waffle. In summary, I would rate our experience a solid 4.8/5!

The location is excellent and it is really the walking distance to go to the mrt station It is a 5 star hotel, nevertheless, staying there for 5 nights, only changed the bed sheets once and being asked to reuse the towels which is disgusting Only limited choice in The menu of the breakfast, though it’s said we could tell them our dietary requirements, it’s not supposed to do so, feeling the unwillingness from the staff …don’t really like to eat unhealthy food … prefer more veggies diets … never have the gluten free bread so oily, tasteless before … don’t know if anyone can finish it … overall it is not so impressive … Doubting if it is really 5 star hotel Definitely it’s better than the Jen hotel Tanglin/orchard, capri by Fraser hotel …

My second visit to Como Metropolitan Hotel. This time the experience is somewhat inferior compared to my previous stay at the hotel, which was slightly disappointing as it wanted my family to experience the warmth of this hotel which i had highly raved about and given 5 stars in the previous review. Staff were visibly more tired, but still did the necessary. They are kind enough to give us early check in which was much appreciated. The hotel room was not as pleasant as my previous stay’s. Toilet seat has stains though staff at the hotel explained after i informed them of the issue that they were in the process of replacing the toilet seats, which was reassuring. TV required technicians’ intervention to get youtube and Netflix working again. There were few guests at the hotel likely because it is a tourism lull period. Breakfast is simple but decent and would be alright as long as you lower your expectation. Cedric Grolet is also closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so keep that in mind if the famed pastry is what you are after.

Visually stunning property with timeless and tasteful aesthetics, a very relaxing and calming vibe. The room space is generous and the bath area is on par with beach resorts. I’ve had the best sleep in weeks. Stylish room amenities and a complimentary mini bar made for a thoughtful experience. Highly recommend including breakfast, you’ll get a selection of Cedric Grolet pastries which are often sold out. It also includes a continental buffet and a choice of a la crate main. My soto ayam was absolutely delicious. Special mention to Xindy at check in for making the process welcoming and comfortable. I thought every other team member encountered during the day were also hospitable. We definitely enjoyed the coffee made by Bruno. Overall a very comfortable and hospitable stay.

very convenient location for tourist . Opposite paragon & walkable distance to other big malls in town . Many food & bar options nearby . Room is spacious with many amenities . There is a sink , microwave , coffee machine & utensils . Smart TV allows you to connect to your Netflix or chrome cast . Good view from high floor . This hotel is quite new , overall gives a sleek & minimalist feel . Bed is comfortable however the pillow was too soft .. Breakfast have different sets for you to choose from .. portion can be improved 😅 2 ☹️ down sides to a perfect staycation - the microwave wasn’t cleaned up from the previous guest , there was left over bits - my room’s TV screen ended up occupying 1/4 of the actual screen , some faulty issue
