Location near MRT so accessible to visit any places. Check in/out was fast attended courteous staff. Hotel room was spacious and children were happy. They play “hide and seek”and enjoyed watching horrors movies in the movie room at night. I was impressed by the the Amenities offered especially the sound system, hair dryer, coffee machine. Snack at the sunroom was a favourite for the children as it offered bite size snacks and drinks. We are well rested and enjoyed our stay at the hotel not forgetting to mention the great sea view offered and watched the new year fireworks display and sunrises. Cheers!

Room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Love the minimalistic wooden design and the bed was very big and comfy. Nice complimentary refreshments upon check in. One minor inconvenience would be that the tv Chromecast only allows certain sources such as YouTube and Netflix so we couldn’t stream dramas from the internet browser. Breakfast was decent but variety could be improved. Wanted to use the lotion provided in the hotel toilet but it was empty, maybe this should have been checked before letting guests check in, but it’s a minor issue.

Very strategic location (above bugis mrt). Spacious, clean and modern room in the centre of main city area. All mini bar in the room is free and you can get refresher drinks till 10pm. The powder area and shower room are my fav, super clean and comfortabl. Will be back!

I must say their attention to detail is top notch. We booked a Staycation here just after our wedding. Wasn't under any hotel wedding package but we were pleasantly greeted with a note & cake in our room. Amenities were all well maintained with a huge area for makeup & hair which I love. The view from the room was amazing, everything was clean & tidy. Not forgetting, the amazing breakfast spread is a MUST have!

I love staying at the Andaz when i'm in Singapore. Feels like home away from home. Rooms are modern and services and amenities feels current to guest's needs. Love the waffles at the breakfast place.

Location is great, breakfast variety is excellent, poolside and rooftop bar has the best view, only complain is the smell in the lobby area and the layout of the rooms.

Some of the items at hotel are available for purchase at affordable rates. They do offer complimentary items upon request which is a great help.

The location is excellent and Grab car is easy to find and park. Not much traffic nearby. Restaurant is cozy and I did enjoy the breakfast there. Washroom is clean and service of hotel staff is amazing.

One of the least hospitable Andaz or Hyatt hotels. Hotel is brand new and clean, yet unable to grasp the nitty gritty in making a difference to allow guests feel comfortable and at ease. There is a feeling of trying to fulfill the least and get the job done. Unlikely to return
