It is middle of nowhere. I came late in the evening around 9:30 there was no food to be had . I wanted a late checkout. Not easy even though the place was empty. What I paid was not worth it

The deposit refund is incredibly slow. Trip.com stated no deposit was required, but the front desk still charged me, swiping my Visa. It feels like the refund will never come, and I've seen similar complaints on Xiaohongshu.

If you want to have a solemn and peaceful place where you can rest,this place is a great choice. It was very quiet and very nature kind of environment. But not advisable if you are tourist as it was quite far from the city area.

Planned to have a one night stay to relax. However, we failed to receive that. In the middle of the night, our AC went off. We had to transfer to another room just to sleep and return back to our original room in the morning since we don't have the energy to pull out everything that night. Also, the receptionist didn't give us clear instructions regarding the transportation service they are offering plus the time period for the buffet breakfast.

Nice and quiet place to rest. Room has a capsule coffee machine which adds point. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Everything else was fine, but there aren't many supermarkets nearby, and transportation isn't convenient. You'll need to take a taxi or drive if you want to go out.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating of changes and extensions and room allocation requests. I booked for other ppl staying there.

I stayed at Changi Cove during a short stopover in Singapore, mainly because it’s one of the nearest hotels to Changi Airport and perfect for a quick rest between flights. The location is convenient — about a 10–15 minute ride from the airport, making it ideal for travelers in transit. The overall experience was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what I needed for a 7-hour rest. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. While it’s not a full-service luxury hotel, it serves its purpose very well for short stays or transit travelers looking for a peaceful break.
