Ulasan Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, an IHG Hotel

Sooooo convenient. A real treat for a layover. Would stay again. Fab location(walking distance to terminals and to the Jewel shopping mall). Very efficient check in, top level customer service all round. Really good breakfast included in my room rate ( streaky Bacon and focaccia a highlight). Thank you for the free upgrade to a junior suite!

Room type: Runway View Room Room number: 0509 Positives: - Big room (36m2) - Huge toilet with huge and deep standalone Kaldewei bathtub - tub fills quickly - comfortable bed - bedside usb charging - jbl Bluetooth speaker - tv has Miracast and AirPlay - room and hotel has lovely architecture Negatives - tv quite small (40 inch) - can still hear the sound of the planes and from the walkway outside the room - no automated curtains - rooms show signs of wear and tear - some of the fittings feel a little cheap

It is located on the same floor of arrival hall and only a few steps away once we land at terminal 3. The MRT is also in terminal 3 of Changi Airport which makes it so easy to commute to the city.  Lots of restaurants in basement 2 and also a supermarket if you need drinks or snacks. We are able to push our airport trolley of luggage directly to our room. Really excellent!

Very easy to get to the airport. Would definitely stay if you have an early flight. Pool was beautiful. Lobby bar was easy to grab a drink.

Cosy, spacious room. Checking in and out was brisk, requested for extra towels thru the app and they were promptly delivered.

The staff was amazing because they assisted well with my luggage, and they kept my luggage for the whole day, even when I am checked out already. What a great hotel. I will surely book again in December. I hope that time it will still be the same.

Stayed at runway view room and loves it. Room is big with good quality amenities.

Nice service even for late check in. In T3, need to take taxi from T4 to T3 after arrival (bus operates every 30mins at night), but it’s fine. Walking distance to Jewel. Good breakfast, the staffs are nice with smile! Good experience.

The Standard King room I booked is spacious (36sqm), clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I love the toiletries with a pleasant delicate fragrance (grapeseed extract and kiwi seed oil!). The pool looks a tad small in photos but it's actually decently sized for full laps, with a lovely view of Changi Airport T1 control tower. Take note that when the room's sheer curtains are drawn and lights are on, even if the room occupants may not be seeing outside, the people outside will have a clear view of the room interior. The hotel has thoughtfully reminded guests of this issue in a note. Some rooms have direct access to the pool (practically poolside) but it also means all the visitors to the pool can look into these rooms if the block-out curtains aren't drawn. Breakfast is typical of a five-star hotel's breakfast buffet spread: scrumptious with a wide variety of choices, but also conventional and expected. Service was great. From front-desk to housekeeping, the staff were warm, efficient, and seem centred on improving guests' experience. Cons: The courtyard view was a slightly sad view of the smoking area for guests and greenery masking some M&E pipes, but it's a small issue considering how the full-height windows provide ample natural light and how comfortable my stay was. The room's TV came with a JBL soundbar but either it didn't work or maybe I was just too lazy to figure it out.

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable but we feel that the pillows are slightly too soft. They gave us a free room upgrade, really appreciate it. Location is top notch. Breakfast spread is very good. Swimming pool is big enough but the water is a bit too cold. Will consider to have staycation at this hotel again next time.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. There are plenty of amenities nearby, which was really convenient. Since this is an airport hotel, there is some noise, but I found it manageable even though I'm a light sleeper.
